Do not use this company, I was totally scammed. Bought a number of items, sent back spent 30 to do registered post, it bounced and i received in post today. Scam!

Feel like a fool 🙈 ordered from this SHAM of a company. Never received my goods. Was asked to send an email with order number the email bounced back. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY 😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡

Quality is not high end - they are a China based company who know that returns are difficult and use this to their advantage. Asking to lower the value on customs forms meaning you are not covered and actually breaking the law by doing so

Please stay well clear of this website. It is a total scam. I ordered thinking it was a genuine UK based store that was closing down. Eventually the items came after about 3 and a half weeks. They were sheer rubbish. Cheap plastic that could not justify what was being advertised on their website and extremely over priced. You would get better quality in a pound shop. AVOID

Do not buy anything from this company. The quality is beyond appalling and cheap and it’s from china and you have to return to china AT YOUR OWN cost!! Total scam- do not buy anything

I’m normally quite savvy and I’m annoyed I got caught out with this. At a glance convincing website until you scratch the surface. The photo of the made up shop has been created on AI. The story is made up and if you click on any of the social icons it takes you to ‘shopify.’
Mentally we are hoodwinked by thinking this jewellery could be good quality as a reflection of the price. In reality it’s cheap jewellery from China.
Unsurprisingly it’s not even the product I ordered and one of the bracelets arrived broken. I wasted £47 on cheap tat that looks like it’s come out of a cracker.
I have reported this company to the ASA and if you have been scammed too I suggest you do the same.
A valuable lesson to do research before you buy and look around online first before you spend your hard earned cash. Very annoying!!!

Absolute scam! Nothing is as advertised on the website . Jewellery quality ( if you can call it that!) is a disgrace. So angry I spent money on this website! It is a massive con and definitely not UK based . Please avoid

Waited a month for delivery, and the jewellery is complete cheap rubbish from China. So angry I allowed myself to be conned.

So glad I only paid £25 and not the rrp £150, what a load of rubbish, total tat as others say!! AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!

Absolute SCAM. Beware. The company is a fraud. Not as advertised. Certainly not a British company. They will take your money but you will not receive what you ordered if indeed you receive it all

This company is a scam. They take your money but the products never came. I am now going through my bank to raise a dispute.

Total scam - order eventually arrived a month after taking my money and the products are awful quality and very tacky. Nothing like on the website and def not a small business based in the UK. Such a scam and just so annoyed I gave them my money. Can't return as you have to cover the costs back to China! Avoid

I am still waiting for my order to arrive 18 days after ordering I have been in contact with the company which just say the same thing delay in shipping. I’ve asked a number of times for a refund but just get no response. After seeing these reviews my fears have been answered this is definitely a scam. Genuinely thought this was a uk based company so goodness knows what crap I will receive if it’s from Asia that’s if it does arrive. Avoid at all costs would be my advice.

Do not purchase from this website. It’s a scam. The products are shipped from Asia, despite the fact that the website states the UK. The jewellery is cheap and nasty and the packaging the same. You cannot return because all items are “being sold off” because Blake has had to close her business. A load of rubbish. Avoid at all costs!!!!
