Thank you so much, Eustace, for this wonderful five-star review. We are deeply grateful that you took the time to share your experience with us.
It means a great deal to hear that our technology-enabled care made such a positive difference for your family. We believe that modern tools should always serve to deepen human connection rather than replace it, so we are truly heartened to know that the live-streamed service allowed your distant relatives to attend and feel completely connected to the ceremony.
Bringing families together across any distance is something we care deeply about, and it is wonderful to hear that this helped your loved ones feel present and included in such a meaningful way.
Please accept our sincere condolences and our gratitude for entrusting us with the care of your loved one.
With warm regards,
The Black Tulip Funerals Team
