I wish i can rate this place with 10 out of 5 they were exceptional in every detail and the flowers arrangements were beyond expectations..
I had a special event and i went personally to their location the staff was very helpful respectful and very creative with their ideas and suggestions.
On the day of the event the delivery arrived and i couldn’t believe how beautiful everything was everyone was complementing on the flowers arrangements and they looked great in all the pictures.

I was looking online for a shop to send birthday flowers and cake to my sister and came across Black Tulip Flowers. I took a chance and ordered from them, and I'm so glad I did.
The flowers were fresh and looked just like on the picture, and they were delivered on time. She was really surprised and loved them. 😍

Very poor customer service
Very poor customer service. Full of promises but nothing was executed properly. I asked them nicely if the can have the delivery on time before I ordered, they said Yes.
After I ordered, they haven't delivered it as of this writing. Poor communication and very late replies in their whatsapp chat. I hope I didn't order at all. Very disappointing.
