The customer FAQ and shipping policy clearly states:
- Orders placed after 5:00 pm ET are processed on the following business day
- Orders are shipped up to 1 day after being processed
- Orders are not shipped on Sundays or Federal Holidays
*Labor Day was observed on Monday 9/5 this year.
Your order consisted of mulitple heavy items
- Out of an abundance of caution your orders were sent out on the same day in two seperate packaging
- One out of the two shipments appears to have arrived within the appropriate time frame
- The other shippment was just recently reported "lost in transit" by our carrier partner
You sent your delivery concerns via text message
Per the Customer Resource Center and the FAQ's:
- Customer claims should be sent via email at info@blackowned365.com
- Customer claims can also be submitted via form as an alternative
- Package protection offers free replacement of your order
*We did "not" recieve an email or form submission from you.
*We do not offer refunds on shipping rates (This is industry standard).
*Your order was covered with package protection. You were elegible to recieve a new order had you filed the claim with package protection.

- We have re-shipped the items within your order that were "lost in transit" via carrier.
- An automatic discount for free express shipping is availble for your next purchase.
