An excellent, professional and personal service.
As a Charitable Organisation (Church) will little to no experience in web hosting and network support, we have found BlackOwl to be a great help to us for a number of years now, providing us with an excellent service at very reasonable prices. Response times are excellent, the personal service is exceptional and the advice and support offered regularly is greatly appreciated. BlackOwl is an excellent option, in my opinion, for all of your website, network and IT support needs.

Blackowl, trusted IT back up
As my knowledge of IT is limited I found it very reassuring when I met Tim who was able to advise me on the purchase and use of a new PC. I felt able to trust his recomendations and have had no reason to complain since the installation of my new equipment.
Tim is always on hand to advise if I am struggling with an issue no matter how trivial and having recommended him to colleagues they too have been satisfied with his work.

A wise decision to go with Black Owl
When we first contacted Black Owl to build our website, they managed to incorporate virtually every single requirement we came up with, many of which really only became apparent once we were running with live data. They have continually offered advice that went beyond the scope of a website designer and have gone out of their way to ensure we are more than satisfied. We have been working with them now for several years and are highly delighted with the continued support, input and their real interest in the progression of our business.

Service and upgrade
Really happy with the Service from Black Owl. My aged laptop was becoming slower by the day. I considered saving for a new model, but instead opted to have a service and upgrade on the SSD. It now runs incredibly quickly. So happy with the result.

Very good company to deal with
Very good company to deal with. Any problems are dealt with quickly. I was having trouble with my old site with Spam emails went with BlackOwl and as soon as the new website went live all Spam stopped
Very Happy with the work they do and I can't see me leaving them for a long time

Tim from Black Owl has assisted me with various IT-related issues and has also developed and hosts a website for a local theatre group that I am a committee member for.
