Kev was great and made a stressful process (I had no clue what I was doing) very easy. He was friendly, explained everything and even tried to fix roadside for me! He even diagnosed the car so I would know what to expect from the garage - would definitely recommend !!

Daughter's car needed recovery and as she didn't have AA or RAC, we called these guys. Kev called when he was on his way to give us an ETA, which was no time at all. From the word go he was friendly, and definitely knew his stuff! Couldn't fix it at the roadside so brought it home. Fast friendly service, Kev is a hero in my eyes (even without the cape). So pleased we went with them. Thanks guys, especially Kev!! 😀

Superlative service!! Phone answered within 3 rings and recovery started. I was contacted regularly by Ross giving his ETA and asking if I was in a safe position. Great care given to protecting the bike during the winching procedure and tying down. And what a nice man Ross is. Kevin was really helpful and made a big effort to make up time after being delayed by Eurotunnel security to get to pick up point.

The guys that came out were great. I was stuck in the sun they picked me up bought me a chicken wrap and water and dropped me off to my location. Great service would definitely tell people to use them.

Was in a real bind - Onur made me feel looked after and sorted things out quickly. Very grateful for the support in a difficult situation! Was basically stranded on the A406. Truck came very quickly and situation resolved rapidly.

We were stuck at the side of the M25, which was pretty scary. Blackeaglerecovery were brilliant- picked us up and kept checking in with us to keep us updated on their ETA. The pricing is on the higher end I felt, since they have VAT added to the price quoted, though I was very happy to get my car towed within 2 hours.
Overall very good experience.
