While our arrival transfer was fine, the return trip to the airport was an absolute nightmare from start to finish.

​The driver showed up 15 minutes before the agreed pickup time and immediately began complaining that he had to wait for us. He then brought a vehicle that was far too small for our group. We only had one standard suitcase each and no hand luggage trolleys, yet he loudly complained about our luggage. Because his car was inadequate, we were forced to sit for the entire journey with our feet resting on top of our suitcases. To make matters worse, he continuously lectured us about our bags being "too heavy" and judged our shopping habits, even though every single suitcase was under the 20 kg limit.

​The real danger began once we were on the road. The driver was constantly calling with his phone in his hand and actively texting while driving. When I politely asked him to focus on the road, he ignored me completely. As the car started swerving, I asked him again to put his phone away for our safety. Instead of apologizing, he aggressively lectured me, telling me to mind my own business because he had been driving "longer than I have been alive" and that I should just shut up.

​This level of hostility, unprofessionalism, and outright reckless endangerment of passengers is entirely unacceptable.

​I am submitting a formal, detailed complaint directly to the company management with our full booking and ride information. I strongly expect this matter to be taken seriously and dealt with appropriately. Save yourself the stress and find a reliable transfer company instead.

Ved ankomst fra lufthavnen ventede vi ca. 1 time, før vi kunne køre. Samtidig var der en far og en datter som skulle med samme bus og som havde ventet i 2 timer. Det vidner om dårlig planlægning og koordinering.

Vær opmærksom på betaling: Det er nødvendigt at have kontanter klar, hvis der skal betales direkte til chaufføren. På turen fra lufthavnen kunne der gives byttepenge, men på vej til lufthavnen havde chaufføren ingen kontanter. Det er en væsentlig oplysning, som burde fremgå tydeligt på forhånd.

Håndteringen af bagage var heller ikke tilfredsstillende. Kufferterne lå bagerst i bussen uden at være ordentligt fastgjort og bevægede sig under kørslen. Ved ankomst til lufthavnen var en af vores kufferter gået op og blevet beskadiget.

Samlet set en oplevelse præget af mangelfuld information, utilstrækkelig planlægning og uhensigtsmæssig håndtering af bagage.

First when we arrived we get stopped by the police just outside the airport at midnight and we sat waiting in their van for over half an hour to be told that it did not have the right documents so we had to get out while the van got towed away by the police and wait for another van. We only got to out hotel at 24.45 at night. Then morning for our transfer back to the airport the driver was 50 minutes late. I had to contact them to find out what was happening nobody messaged me to let us know the driver would be late. We could have had breakfast because they open at 7am but we sat waiting for the collection instead. I have asked for some money back and keep being told that someone will get back to me and I have heard nothing. I am a single mum who took my son on holiday and it was stressful at the beginning due to what happened and on the way back. Not acceptable.

Meine Res.Nr. 280581 am 7.4.2026 fur ich mit dem Transfer von Antalya nach Alanya ,der Fahrer war die Ganze Fahrt über sehr zappelig und wußte nicht welches Hotel er anfahren mußte.In Alanya fur er an meinen Hotel vorbei und ich mußte ihn stoppen. Danach habe ich die Fahrt bezahlt und er beschimpfte mich,er wolte auuch die Rückfahrt bezahlt haben. Wiso ?? Ich hatte den Verdacht er stand unter Droge seine Augen zeigten es.

Bei der Hinfahrt habe ich 2 Stunden auf andere Gäste gewartet eh es losgeht. Auf der Rückfahrt ist der Shuttle 40 Minuten zu spät gekommen. Keine Infos zum Kundenservice gibt es kein Kontakt. bzw. Es wird nicht reagiert. Ich war am Flughafen 50 Minuten vor Abflug ich hatte Glück das ich nur Handgepäck dabei hatte. Die Gepäckaufgabe war geschlossen

A very fast and comfortable journey from the airport to the hotel. The car was spacious, with internet access, and the driver was very friendly and helpful. The price for the transfer was very good and competitive.

Waited about 5 minutes. We were two people in a Mercedes Vito. The car was clean, and the driver helped me find my apartment and contact security to let me in since it was late. Thanks a lot; I’ll definitely use it again.

Водитель приехал вовремя(в 6 утра), помог с чемоданом.Доехали быстрее, чем было заявлено, тк дороги были пустые. (Вместо 45 минут, 30).

Только из отзывов узнала, что, если нужен прямой трансфер (только для вас) то нужно бронировать vip, но, видимо нам повезло, тк был ранний рейс утром и не пришлось больше никого по дороге подбирать :)

I had a great transfer experience with BizimTransfer. The vehicle was clean, comfortable, and arrived right on time.
The driver was professional and friendly. I would definitely recommend BizimTransfer to anyone looking for a quality transfer service.

I am writing to formally express my dissatisfaction with the transfer service to Gazipaşa Airport, as well as the subsequent handling of my complaint.

According to my reservation, the scheduled pick-up time was 06:50, later revised to 06:20. I arrived at the designated pick-up point at 06:10, well in advance of the expected time. Despite this, the driver did not arrive until 07:00 — a delay of approximately 40 minutes. Such a substantial delay is unacceptable and caused considerable inconvenience, particularly given that I was left waiting on the street with no clear communication or assurance that the transfer would arrive.

What is even more concerning is the complete lack of acknowledgment in the aftermath of this incident. Despite sending multiple emails and contacting your chat support, I did not receive a single apology or any indication that my concerns were being taken seriously. This level of customer service is deeply disappointing and falls far below reasonable expectations.
