PUBLIC NOTICE: Warning Regarding Bizdify
This letter serves as a formal public disclosure regarding the fraudulent business practices of Bizdify, to warn other businesses against engaging with their services.
1. Incident Overview and Financial Breach
• The Offer: Bizdify approached my company ,guaranteeing the permanent removal of negative reviews from our Google Business profile for a fee of $975.50.
• The Service Failure: Bizdify issued an invoice, and the negative review was temporarily removed. I paid the invoice in full on 18/04/2026. Within one week of payment, the negative review reappeared.
• Refusal of Refund: When confronted, Bizdify claimed Google reinstated the review and stated Bizdify could not reverse it. Bizdify has since refused to refund my money for selling an unauthorized and ineffective service.
2. Legal Escalation and Evasion
• Authority Reports: We have formally reported Bizdify to the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission (ACCC -0148188 dated 17/06/2025) and the Australian Cyber Security Centre (Cyber Police CIRS-20260616-72).
• VCAT Civil Suit: I have commenced legal proceedings against Bizdify at the Victorian Civil and Administrative Tribunal (VCAT) under case number C4190/2026.
• Evasion of Service: Bizdify has deliberately withheld their actual office address, actively obstructing the legal processing and serving of VCAT petition documents.
3. Retaliation and Broken Agreements
• Review Retaliation: In response to my dispute, Bizdify retaliated by leaving a malicious one-star review on our Google account, falsely claiming I threatened them.
• Breach of Settlement: Bizdify later proposed a settlement: they would refund the money if I removed my negative review from Bizdify's profile.
• Partial Payment: They refunded $300.00 deposit on 15/07/2026. I fulfilled my end by removing my review. Bizdify has since refused to pay the remaining $675.50, directly breaching their promise.
I am publishing this statement to ensure transparency and protect the Australian business community from predatory and deceptive B2B practices.
