Slow, bad communications, terrible user experience.
Slow, poor communication, I ordered and paid on Feb 20, 2026, website says "Your order is available for production." Only access via chat, that does not give accurate delivery timeframe, keeps chaning. VERY BAD EXPERIENCE.

booklet quality was very poor
booklet quality was very poor, I need 20 booklets done for company marketing and the quality was not good. The cuts and folds were all out, by up to 5mm. I reported the quality issues and their communication has been extremely slow. I will just use a local printer next time, as least you can deal directly with someone in person.

The stickers are really glossy and sharp. They look great.

Fraudulent site - takes money and doesn’t deliver
I paid for an item in mid January and it is now end of March and I have not received the product. I requested a full refund but was told that I would be given a credit. This is theft. I have not received a refund.
The response from Bizay is untruthful. They advised the order could not be located, however it was not from the information I provided. They simply lost my order, twice.

Do not use
I ordered stickers, still not delivered after ordering on 2 February 2026. Australia do not use this company ..it is not based in Australia and it is very difficult to communicate concerns as you can only talk to a bot.
I think they are fraudulent..they say cheap but not if you dont get them
