Customer service was exceptional
Customer service was exceptional! We were actually considering booking with another company but then I reached out to BitLux for a quote and the customer service that we received was far superior to other companies that we had spoken with. This made all the difference and was 100% what made us decide to book with them versus the competitors. Caio sent me a text almost immediately after my inquiry and was quick to provide quotes and answers questions. He checked in regularly before the flight to ensure we had everything we needed and answer any new questions. I would 100% recommend BitLux and hope to use them again on the future!

First of all
First of all, attention to detail is amazing. Revolutionary and so efficient that they accepted bitcoin as payment. In a pinch, they were the only ones that could get the necessary travel certificates for international and at a reasonable rate. Accommodations aboard the G550 were stellar and provided an impeccable flight executed perfectly. I cannot thank Kyle enough for helping us out and getting things done that others could not! We will have a long relationship and I will be referring friends, family, and colleagues alike! Thanks again, BitLux and Kyle.

I loved dealing with BitLux!!! The staff were very attentive and made sure we were completely satisfied. They understand the needs of their clientele. The best thing is their acceptance of Bitcoin as payment. They have done everything to earn our future business and we will absolutely be working with them again.

BitLux has been a stellar experience start to finish. When I first submitted for an estimate they called me immediately and started searching for the right option for me. Not even an hour later, I had a very professional quote with insanely good pricing. The best part was I was able to pay with Bitcoin! Would highly recommend this service to anyone and I can’t wait to go back for my next trip!

Great service (and pricing) from start…
Great service (and pricing) from start to finish! Ours was a complicated flight especially with all the COVID entry restrictions and Matty handled it all with grace and aplomb. I’m really not sure when she sleeps as she was always on it! Great company with great service, prices and, of course, aircraft!
