Il peggior acquisto della mia vita,
lavapavimenti rumorosa come un aereo, pesante e scomoda, pulisce male.
Si è guastata in garanzia ed è stata riparata, dopo qualche mese stesso problema ma fuori garanzia.
Vergognoso che non ci siano centri assistenza, solo quello di Arese, dove devi mandare, a tue spese, la lavapavimenti... comodissimo.
Dovrebbero vietare la vendita di questi apparecchi

Bissel est une marque renommée qui fait de super produit. Cependant quand on achète un aspirateur nettoyeur à quasiment 500e et qu'il tombe en panne en même pas 4ans... Panne du moteur d'aspirateur, montant de réparation estimé chez bissel environ 200e. C'est inacceptable pour une telle marque !

I prodotti Bissel sono buoni ma il servizio di assistenza è pessimo. Ho comprato vari prodotti da loro e ogni volta che ho avuto bisogno di assistenza sono rimasta molto insoddisfatta. Per esempio ho comprato una lavaasciuga per scoprire che non era possibile l'acquisto di pezzi di ricambio (rulli e filtri) originali da loro. Mi hanno diretto ad un fornitore terzo che in realtà non aveva quel tipo di prodotti. Ho dovuto arrangiarmi e comprare ricambi non originali su Amazon per risolvere il problema.

Ik wil een bestelling annuleren omdat dit product niet kan wat ik wil dus ik bel bissel, de eerste persoon laat mij niet eens uitpraten en geeft mij een ander telefoonnummer, ik bel dit nummer om 9:09 en geef aan deze vrouw door dat ik al via de email heb aangegeven dat mijn bestelling geannuleerd mag worden en dit ook nog eens aan deze vrouw doorgegeven, zei zegt ik kan dit niet maar zal een email intern sturen, ik denk pak de telefoon en bel gewoon maar goed dat kunnen hun denk ik niet.
Krijg ik tegen de avond een email met het bericht uw pakket is verzonden, hoe dan denk ik, ik annuleer ver voor verzending, ik wilde een ander product kopen bij hun maar heb gisterenavond maar een numatic george gekocht want met zo een bedrijf ga ik dan niet meer in zee en ik gebruik veel apparaten van extractie tot stoomcleaners en stofzuigers.
Het pakket word aan de deur gewijgerd.

Gros problème avec le Bissel vac & steam des l’achat ,après quelques utilisations il sent le poisson pourri ,j’entretien parfaitement mon appareil ,une réclamation faite afin qu’il soit pris en réparation ,on nous indique que c’est le filtre qui à eau qui doit être changer (bisard il a servi 3fois max )on le reçois donc normalement réparé ,le filtre étant d’après eux la cause ,il sert à deux fois une vingtaine de minute ,il sent à nouveau une odeur très désagréable ,nous contactons nouveau le sac qui nous répond de changer le filtre que c’est à notre charge !alors le but d’avoir pris un appareil à vapeur c’est plus écolo et plus économique car par de produit donc si ont suit leur raisonnement il est normale de changer de filtre à plus de 10 e pièce toute les deux trois utilisations ,il est clair que ce n’est pas cette pièce le problème car on cherchant sur internet d’autres personnes ont se soucis qui n’a également pas été régler !
Résultat une aspirateur lavant à vapeur qui ne peut être utilisé !

Yes, the product works well, however when something goes wrong it's a nightmare!
After much research we decided to buy the expensive Bissell as opposed to other brands.
With normal household use, the first one needed to be replaced (under guarantee) but when the replacement didn't work, on Bissells advice, we replaced firstly the charger, secondly the handle and finally a brand new Bissell battery. - Still dead so a virtually new machine is now at the council recycling centre - and we've bought another brand!

N'achetez surtout pas de bissel mon appareil à 1 an et demi je remarque le tuyau fendu alors que je l'utilise rarement aucune garantie ne fonctionne on me demande 94 € pour l'envoi. Honteux aucun service commercial.

Once they have your money they do not care. Customer service does not exist. I wish I had looked for Bissel on Trust Pilot before buying. They must have the worst reputation on here.

purchased their green machine..
it only sucked up 20% of the water it put on the carpet ( I measured it many times) Returned it to Amazon and called bissell .. They said they did not know why so I purchased same machine but different Model....SAME PROBLEM!!!! Even went to a fix it website paid my money but it did not HELP FIX THE PROBLEM NOW stuck with this piece of expensive crap. DO NOT BUY THIS MACHINE!!!!!!

I purchased a semi professional Bissel carpet cleaner a while back, I used it a dozen times and in those 12 times it packed up 4 times. The tank leaked, the pipes split ( no part available) the hose split , then the motor packed up completely so it wouldn’t suck up the dirty water. So I gave them the benefit of doubt , and brought another carpet cleaner, this one I had in the attic for a while as I didn’t need it, then the very first time I needed it the tank catch snapped off. Bissel we’re about as much help as zero, even tho I had an account and purchased the cleaner from them they wanted a copy of the receipt. So after spending nearly £700 I’ve cleaned my postage stamp size carpet 13 times and had a gallon of water soaked into the carpet 5 of them. The product and service is atrocious. Would never buy a bissel product again.

I called bissel.com to report a fraudulent charge on a credit card and to obtain any information that may help prevent future fraudulent charges. The customer service representative with bissel.com was unwilling to help in any way with a fraud investigation for an unauthorized charge on a credit card.
