Birthing Love is a space for women to remember the wisdom already living in their bodies. We teach yoga and meditation online, walking beside women through every season of life. women caring for the womb, women preparing for birth, and the women coming home to themselves after it. Our practice weaves together mindful movement, breathwork, nervous system regulation, and Ayurveda, rooted in the belief that a woman’s body is capable, powerful, and worth listening to. Alongside our classes, we share honest women’s health education and a community where women are held by other women, at every stage.

It was truly a wonderful Experience learning prenatal yoga with Gayathri. Very patient ; never rushes through the sessions. She taught prenatal yoga so well that i still remember it even after two years, and they were genuinely so helpful. Helped a lot for my normal delivery. Gayatri has been my immense support throughout my pregnancy journey. Her sessions were so positive and peaceful. Her constant attention to detail, was always helpful. If I had troubles managing a typical yoga posture she used to propose alternatives too which helped. Also, overall my birthing experience was definitely easier because of Gayatri. I would recommend her to anyone who is looking for a healthy and beautiful pregnancy journey!
