Birth-ease Arvostelua

Overall, our experience with Birth-ease, from ordering to delivery and return, was exceptionally smooth and convenient. Birth-ease has clearly organized their process for product offering, making the entire experience seamless.

Ordering the TENS machine was straightforward, and the delivery was surprisingly fast. Upon receiving the machine, we were pleased to find that the return packaging was prepared and ready to use. It was a relief to know that all we had to do was pop the machine back into the box, place it in the provided bag, and send it back.

The TENS machine itself made a significant contribution to the birth experience, providing comfort and support when needed.

Overall, we were highly satisfied with our experience with Birth-ease and would recommend their services to others.

I couldn't have made it if it wasn't for my Tens machine. Didn't make the birthing pool but knowing I had my tens kept me calm and focused.
Delivery came really fast and I was updated when the tens machine was received back.
When it came the send back packaging was all ready to go so knowing I just had to pop it in back in the box, put it in the bag supplied and send back was a relief.

Great product delivered as promised. Tens machine so helpful during early labour, would recommend

Great product and service. No problems at all would recommend to anyone requiring a tens machine.

Brilliant company, fast delivery, clear communication.

Simple ordering process, quick delivery. Super easy returns

Super easy and efficient
to use service to ensure I had a rens machine for labour. Clewr instructions and plenty of time allowed for any delays in giving birth passed my due date. Also purchased a birth ball which was good quality and was delivered quickly

Excellent company, I got my TENS machine quickly, with all the parts I needed and I was able to keep it until I needed, the returns process was very simple.

Great service! Tens machine received really quickly and was so easy to return. Would very much recommend!

I would say that the tens machine works for the preliminary stage of labour. I used it for hours until I found it stopped working when things progressed. I would also say it serves as a distraction as opposed to an actual pain reliever. I got to 7cm with no pain relief using this and then hot water in a pool in the Borth centre. I would recommend overall.

The machine arrived very quickly and helped massively during labour. There are so many levels of settings which means you can increase the vibrations as your surges intensify. I'd really recommend hiring these TENS machines, and posting it back was super easy too.

I ordered a tens machine from Birth-ease when I was 37 weeks pregnant as the hire price seemed reasonable; I didn't want to purchase my own machine as I didn't know whether I would want to use one in labour. I am SO pleased that I hired from Birth-ease! I used the tens machine as the only form of pain relief throughout my labour at home and was fully dilated by the time I arrived at hospital! The order, delivery and returns process was so simple. I would highly recommend Birth-ease.

The tens machine was a good starter of pain relief during labour. Without it I wouldn’t have been able to have a home birth.

Exellent service, quick delivery and all set and good go.
We had very little time before due date and we managed to have tens machine during labour anyway.
FreeReturn process very easy, with prepaid envelope sent together with the tens.
Tens worked splendidly too. My wife relayed on them nearly all the way through.

Loved my TENS machine! Used it until 6cm when I got in the birth pool. 100% recommend. So easy to order and return. Definitely recommend!

I ordered this for my daughter it arrived 2 weeks before her due date just as stated . The return was very easy and I got an e mail to say it had been received. I think it helped her a lot with backpain and helped her to be able to concentrate on her breathing 😊

Delivery was in time. The company does the calculation based on due date and makes sure the product arrives in time along with instructions on how to use it and test it. Returning the product is also made very easy.

easy, fast, flexible; worked perfectly

Ordered the Tens machine for my first baby and could not recommend the company enough.
The tens machine was delivered with everything needed including spare batteries (that I never needed to use) and all the packaging to return the machine after use.

The actual Tens machine was a life saver for the back pain I had during contractions. The feeling of the Tens was very soothing and the boost button cancelled out the pain during the strong contractions. This meant I only required gas and air for my entire labour and birth. The device was so easy to use and the cord for having it around your neck is essential.

If I am lucky enough to get pregnant again I will order a Tens machine from this company again and will use it during pregnancy for any back pain.

I have already recommended this company to a friend due in a few weeks and she was so grateful.

Thank you very much Birth Ease,

Delivery was as arranged and it was easy to return the machine. The machine was in good condition and the instructions were easy to follow. I didn't actually use the machine in labour due to how my labour worked out, but it was comforting to have the machine there in the build up to labour.
