Bought the frying pan on sale, and it's the perfect size for two people. Cooks amazingly well and on a very low heat. I've used it non-stop since it arrived.
Love the bright yellow colour. It's easy to clean, easy to use and cooks evenly.

The company is excellent, great service, great presentation, excellent products. Have bought a Casserole, over the moon! Was a 'little' disappointed with the size of the frying pan - my mistake, all the measurements are on site, I didn't look, I was so excited to buy the next Biroux product on special!!! If you're wanting le creuset but can't afford it this is the best alternative and support an nz company. Cast iron pot perfect for sourdough, as well as the cast iron pan is a great way to ditch the chemicals in a non-stick pan. Great quality products, beautiful vibrant green, worth the money.

I love using my new Biroix casserole and love the colour. There was a mix up with delivery of the wrong colour but was rightened very quickly

I ordered a cast iron skillet and a Dutch oven and both are fantastic. Great quality and they cook food beautifully - steak in the skillet is amazing and I have been baking my sourdough in the Dutch oven with great results. The skillet is a little smaller than I expected, but it is still highly recommended.
