Thank you for your past business. We noticed this review was posted on Oct 31st, just three days after your order was placed on Oct 28th.
As mentioned on our website, our custom rings require approximately 10 business days for production, which is why the item had not arrived yet. Since then, we received your request to cancel the order on Nov 6th and have issued a full refund. We are sorry this order didn't work out, but we are glad we could resolve this with a full refund as requested.

I wouldn’t even DREAM of paying that kind of money for a CZ when I have lGD I have purchased with superior cutting, beautiful color and exceptional quality!!!! I would divorce if my husband purchased this stuff instead of an actual diamond…. And if you don’t want a diamond there are Moissanites with far better quality than what you see here…

Our pricing reflects the fact that we use solid 14K/18K Gold and Platinum settings—the exact same high-end craftsmanship used for diamond jewelry—rather than the cheap metals often found with standard CZ or Moissanite.
