I am so disappointed with the latest box of 10 Potato Waffles. Straight from the freezer under preheated grill , on trying to turn them a few minutes when they were showing a nice pale golden colour I tried turning them and they just fell apart, what a squidgy mess . I will not be buying them again. Never had this problem before. Have they changed the recipe somehow?

Tried their burger after a long time, it was disgusting, didn't cook well, did not taste of meat but more like a paste, tried their quarter pounder gain as could not quite believe they could produce something that was so offensive. It was the same. Yes its true Birds aye have taken something edible and turned it into something completely inedible, they may have saved money but they have ruined their product. How this makes business or marketing sence i dont know! why not just increase price and accept a lower market share. Buy this disgusting mush at your peril

I bought fish fingers very difficult to find any fish in them. Disgusting rip off .

Because of my domestic circumstances I had no alternative but to shop at my local Co-Op store where I bought four Birds Eye frozen meals, two roast beef two roast chicken. Whereas the meat was acceptable the veg were awful especially carrots which in all four meals were inedible, had they ever been cooked or simply sliced and thrown into the meal raw. Won,t be buying their frozen meals ever.

So Birds Eye ORIGINAL Beef Burgers have been replaced by a New Recipe Beef Burger with added Plant Protein. The quote is...Same Great Taste. Ha, whose kidding WHO?. The joke is on BIRDS EYE, congratulations for not having the good sense to trial the New Recipe alongside the ORIGINAL. Guess the company knew what the result would be!?!.

Here we are again, a tried & tested product ruined by a bored, virtual signaling R & D - marketing dept, not content with watching utube all day they've decided to ruin a BE staple (to justify their employment) - Burgers that have stood the test of time, replacing the beef fat with plant protein(!) probably by a cultish vegan manager with an axe to grind. Birds Eye are you so naive? No more BE products for me - and that's all BE products. Go woke, go...

Just purchased some plant based protein Beef burgers by mistake. In a word Awful. They were tasteless and lacking texture we consigned them all to our food bin.

Cannot think of any reason why to buy any further meat products from such a woke company. I do not need a bunch of self serving prat’s to decide what my diet will be.

Hope your share holders take a financial hit.

Bought a packet of original beef burgers only to find they have added vegetable protein in. OMG it was disgusting, when cooked it was dry as cardboard and tasted foul. Will not be buying them again.

Complained to Birds Eye whose reply was they are no longer making the original beef burgers and that We're increasingly being told about the benefits of including more plant foods in our diets, both for health and sustainability purposes. Here at Birds Eye, we just want to help you all eat a little more goodness every day by providing a new recipe with the same great taste!

So yet again we are being dictated to as to what we are now having to eat.

Bring back the original beef burgers and let us the customer choose what we want to eat NOT YOU.
After all customers do have a brain, we can think for ourselves.

Plant based beef quarter pounder. These are utter rubbish. Nothing like what they were used to be the best burger are now the worst

Dont smell or taste at all nice, a timely reminder of the old adage , if it ain't broke don't fix it.

I have had birdseye original beef burgers with onion for years , you have now changed them to plant based which are the worst burgers I have ever tasted . I will never buy birdseye plant based again. GO BACK TO ORIGINAL. Shame you can't give lower than one star .

Purchased a pack of Birds Eye quarter pounder beef burgers as I have been doing for years so I didn’t think to read the packet, big mistake. The recipe has been changed to include rehydrated plant protein and just 55% of the burger is beef, they are awful & will no longer be on my shopping list. Fortunately in looking for an alternative to what was once a family favourite, I found a certain supermarket that prides itself on high standards of animal welfare sells a box of 4 quarter pounder beef burgers containing 85% beef for a cheaper price than the beef plant hybrids now sold by Birds Eye.

They are bloody awful these fish burgers not what I expect from birds eye at all never again God knows what is in them and they taste of nothing apart from old and bits of fish

Birds Eye chunky fish fingers wow how foul are they one bit and all your left with is the taste of mould both my husband and I were appalled by them, straight in the bin and a complaint to Birds Eye Don’t buy they are disgusting , an hour and I still have the rank taste in my mouth and that was just one bite. Put me off for life 🤮

I purchased a bag of Birds Eye Chicken Dippers, thinking that they would be good as a quick snack but OMG, they tasted absolutely awful. I can only assume that the very fatty coating overpowers the taste of the chicken. This is something that will never again grace my shopping basket!

Birds Eye quarter pounders with pea protein. Absolutely awful, the texture and taste was a massive disappointment and will definitely not be buying again. I cannot believe that I prefer a shop's own brand to this, but I definitely do. Rubbish.
