Hola! Fue una dé nuestras mejores experiencias de la vida. Estuvimos muy encantado y a gusto con el trato del capitán Andres (que por cierto pilota muy bien) y con la guía que estuvo explicando en español también a nosotros que éramos los únicos que éramos españoles. De corazón, tenéis un equipazo y un muy buen servicio. Y lo que mas me gusto fue vuestra formalidad en que me pasarais los documentos de facturas y modificaciones de todo el itinerario con rapidez tanto por correo, whatsapp y iMessage.

A realy great day with Cpt. Roderich around Comino. We where at every nice place this island offers for snorkeling. Cpt. Roderich was very informative. There was enough free drinking (Pepsi, Fanta, Water, Beer) and some sandwiches on board.

Due to weather conditions our trip was delayed from thursday to saturday. If you book this, book it early on your stay so you can delay it for some days if the weather is to windy. A "need to do" on your trip to Malta.

Before I took the Elasafoni tour and I had lots of questions that were quickly and consistently answered through WhatsApp. This allowed me to feel confident and knowledgeable about the tour I was going to take. My only concern was the tour said it was 10 hours and that seems like a long time but it didn’t feel that long at all and all that time was needed for the drive and the right amount of time for swimming at the beach. I had a really great time on this tour and I was really impressed with the quick responses to all my questions. I would definitely book with them again.

We really enjoyed the boat ride, especially the fast bits! Knowledgeable and fun guide, who tried his best to compensate for not seeing any dolphins on today’s trip.

We did a 3 day tour from fes to Marrakech. This was easily the highlight of our trip! Mohammed was our guide and he went above and beyond to show and tell us about everything we saw and experienced. The whole 3 day tour was more than what we expected

Very good expirience, we were stuck in the island for 1 more day beacuse of the weather and it was unforgateble:) I very recoment the trip!

I booked a quad tour for two people, myself and my son. Unfortunately, my son broke his arm, so we couldn’t join the tour. I contacted them to ask if a refund was possible, honestly expecting that I wouldn’t get my money back.

To my surprise, I received a full refund within 10 minutes, along with a reply to both my email and WhatsApp message. I have never experienced such amazing and fast customer service before. Truly outstanding service!

We had a great time! Very entertaining guide, beautiful sea caves, exciting thrills on the speedboat. Due to bad weather and a rough sea we couldn't enter any caves and didn't get to see any dolphins unfortunately, but this was communicated clearly before embarking, with the option of a refund. It was a lot of fun nonetheless!

It was a great tour. Our guide, linda was excellent. She shared culture, history, with nice stories. After the soft pink beach was was very relaxing, had the lunch in a village with local food.

I booked the Budapest Cruise with Buffet Dinner, Live Music and Folk Dance Show through Birdmi (Order #39566 – November 8, 2025).
The confirmation didn’t include any pier number, gate, or clear meeting instructions. I arrived on time at the location shown on the map (Gróf Széchenyi Boat, Idősebb Antall József rakpart) and sent a WhatsApp message from the taxi, politely asking them to wait 15 minutes as I was on my way — but no one replied.
When I arrived, I even showed my booking paper to staff from other nearby cruises, but they also couldn’t understand the instructions, finding them confusing as well.
Later, Birdmi informed me that they had spoken with the local operator Hungaria Koncert Kft (CONSEL), and that the operator refused to provide a refund, so Birdmi said there was “nothing they could do.”
I find this unacceptable — as a customer, I booked and paid through Birdmi and expected proper support. Birdmi should ensure clear meeting details and take responsibility for unresolved cases like this. After reading the company’s reply I would like to clarify the real facts. The issue was not about being late but about the confusing information provided in the confirmation. The document did not mention any pier or gate number and only said “Gróf Széchenyi Boat,” which is not visible in that area. There are several boats along the river and even the taxi driver and some nearby tour operators could not identify where exactly it was because it was very confusing. I also sent a polite WhatsApp message while I was on my way but I received no real assistance. In the end I did not receive a refund which I consider unfair. I am writing this not to argue but to share the real situation so that future travellers do not face the same confusion. I truly hope the company improves its communication and coordination with customers

We had a fantastic day trip to Kornati National Park with Captain Sebastian!

He is very knowledgeable about the area, and showed us many beautiful spots, while not hiding what's going wrong in the national park. Sebastian flexibly adapted the route to our intestests. His boat is very spacious (and equipped with a toilet).

To arrange the trip with Adamo was easy, as usual. They reply quickly, and handle all requests very professionally.

Kornati National Park is really breathtaking! Don't miss it when you are in the area.

Amazing boat tour! Super easily organized even though we had changes in our plans. The staff was very friendly and helpful and the boat tour guide was amazing!
We were super lucky to also see some dolphins 🐬
Definitely long enough to see a lot of the coast and the caves.

These guides were so bluddy impressive.
You know going into a trip like this that you might not be able to see Manta Rays - that's up to Mother Nature, not the guides.
When we got to the bay where you'd likely see them, there were other groups in the water. Our guides yelled out to their guides sitting on their boats to ask if there's any Mantas. The other guides tell ours there isn't, & our guys say "Ok everyone, none here, we're gonna go to another bay & try".
This happened about 6 times!! And when we got to one where there was Mantas, we were one of only 2 or 3 groups there. We all:
a) Got to see Mantas (multiple)
b) Didn't have 100 other people crowding us
c) Got to see more amazing coastline & caves
d) Had fab videos that the guide took to take home because he used to be a freedive fisherman & can stay down & deep for ages!!!
Meanwhile, the other groups were on the other side of the island kicking each other with their fins, looking at rocks, & with their guides just sitting in the boat saying "Keep looking!"
Also the guides were not pushy for a review (they didn't even mention it) which I always take as a good sign of the company they work for.

We had a private tour. We swam with 4 large manta. Incredible experience.

Our second time on this boat tour and it was great.
We were lucky to see dolphins and some tortoises.
We toured the coast and went snorkelling, plenty of fish to be seen.
The tour guide knows exactly the right places to visit, we had a brunch lunch, all fresh and plenty of drink available to suit.
Highly recommend this couple, polite and informative on the onward journeys.
Nice clean boat with facilities as required.

We had a 8h private snorkelling tour with our snorkelling guide Eshan. It was great. We went to the 4 best snorkelling spots and could stay there as long as we wanted to. His colleague was also a photographer and videomaker. He took a lot of photos and videos from us with little tricks to get fishes infringe of us and the camera.
We also saw many turtles and took photos with them. We did a good lunch break at one of the Gili islands and had a little walk there. After that we also drove to the other island check out the turtle sanctuary were they had so many little sweet turtles. My girlfriend and me supported them with a little money as well. After that we wanted to drive into the sunset by boat but unfortunately the clouds were there.
Anyway it was a really nice day with the best tourguides. They were very flexible and told us a lot about the islands and the life in the gili islands. I can really recommend that with Eshan when you are on these islands

I liked the customer service, extremely professional. Although on short notice, literally, the CSA (Angie) gave me alternate solutions and was working with me although it was late night. She also refunded the amounted immediately and sent a screen-shot.

The following day, She directed me to meet my guides, and I told them I don't know how to swim, so they took note of it, and ensured that these guides were there around me all the time I was kayaking. They made my Benagil Caves trip memorable. Very friendly guys and easy to deal with, language was no barrier. Kudos again to the team. Love from India and Portugal.

I booked this for my family and we had a wonderful time. The tour guys were so friendly and great fun. They made such an effort with our two girls. Thanks a million

Booked a day trip to Elafonissi Beach. Pick up and dropped off at hotel. Bus driver was great on very windy roads. Stops on way there and back were also great to break up the trip especially the little village on the way back.
