The treatment didn’t work at all.
How can I stop payments and get a refund . I started in May 2025 n had 6 treatments

Today I had the best experience in terms of quality, professionalism, kindness, and knowledge related to the restoration treatments for my face and neck! In fact, the change was visible from the first session. Let's talk about the place; it's super comfortable, modern, everything is up to the task, and the machines are innovative. Now, wouldn't that be the most important thing if Emily weren't there? Her treatment and professionalism will make you feel like you don't have to go anywhere else! She is truly charming! And she knows how to guide you through your needs; simply spectacular! Thank you so much, Emily, you exceeded my expectations!!!

This company essentially stole my money. I paid for $99 to try a treatment to reduce my double chin, went to my appointment 2 sales girls forced me into a consultation room, there I was told to get a different service, this service would cost me over $2500, I felt pressured to buy it because I was outnumbered by the number of sales people to me in the spa. I tried to return it when I got home within less than 24 hours. They said no refund because I signed a contract. I didn’t know I signed a contract because they gave me a receipt that said 7 days refund and I thought I was signing general liability forms. I never got any of the services, it’s been 3 months and I’m still paying my credit card, who was unable to dispute the charge because of the contract. I tried contacting the owner of Biolift Medspa but they could have cared less, they knew what they were doing and it’s disgusting to me that they can get away with it.
