Complete let down
Extremely poor business. Avoid!
We signed up to Bink Broadband on 25th March on behalf of a vulnerable family living in a rural area, relying on a stable connection for safety and communication.
They came to the property once, did nothing, and never returned. No installation, no updates.
Their customer support is practically non-existent – we’ve called numerous times, left messages, and chased for help, but no one ever calls back. At no point have they ever updated us with a status on the installation, even after contacting for clarification.
They were fully aware that this was a vulnerable family in a rural area with no internet or landline access, yet they did absolutely nothing to resolve the issue.
Totally unreliable, unresponsive, and unacceptable. Do not recommend Bink to anyone.
