BINIBAMBA Arvostelua

Customer service is incredible! And the things I ordered have an amazing quality and are super cute. Would recommend this shop 100%!

Some of the best customer service I’ve ever had! I ordered the wrong item and miss understood a code and Binibamba quickly responded and rectified both of my errors for me and so quickly and politely. I already have the snuggle vest for my little one and just waiting for a few more pieces, so excited for them to arrive. Fantastic brand, customer service and product.

Wonderful customer service and such a beautiful product bought from Binibamba!

The customer service from the Binibamba team was excellent!

My daughter was gifted a snuggler which was due to arrive in stock a few days before our holiday. The Binibamba team did everything in their power to ensure we had a snuggler delivered before we left for our holiday. My daughter loves it and I’m looking forward to buying more from Binibamba in the future!

Fabulous quality & excellent speedy service

I wanted to swap a snuggler which was gifted to me and the Binibamba team couldn't have been more helpful. Responded quickly, kept in constant contact and sorted the swap for me super easily. Great service and would highly recommend.

I recently purchased a shearling buggy liner and a pair of slippers from Binibamba, and I couldn't be more thrilled with my experience! From the moment I placed my order, it was clear that this company prioritizes quality and customer satisfaction.

The products themselves are exceptional. The shearling buggy liner is incredibly soft and warm, providing just the right amount of comfort for those chilly days. The slippers are equally delightful, offering a cozy fit that keeps my feet snug and happy.

What truly sets Binibamba apart, however, is their outstanding customer service. Any questions I had were answered promptly and with genuine care. It's refreshing to see a company that values its customers and goes the extra mile to ensure a positive experience.

I wholeheartedly recommend Binibamba to anyone in search of high-quality products and a fantastic shopping experience. I’m already planning my next purchase and look forward to returning time and again!

Incredibly friendly and helpful customer service and beautiful products

Completely the very best 5* service. Thank you for responding to my queries by return. Could not ask for more. Granny Sal

Our son Beau who is now 9 months absolutely loves his snuggler and it's definitely helped him enjoy many a decent snooze in the stroller. We also received excellent customer service from Hannah and we will most definitely be back to get some more goodies from binibamba soon!

There’s nothing cuter than a baby in Binibamba. Everything is made to an exceptional quality and with children in mind. Our snuggle suit is lightweight yet warm. The sleeves fold over to cover the babies hands and it’s a lot easier to do up and undo than other pram suits we’ve tried. The customer service is great also.

We ordered the Dalmatian sheepskin liner for our baby boy after hearing wonderful reviews - and it did not disappoint! Perfect for a cold Scottish winter in the pram. The tote fits lots in too ❤️

The best products, company and customer service. 5 stars doesn’t feel enough!

Had a few products now and honestly cant get over how brilliant they all are. The quality, design, everything is just brilliant.

Customer service on most recent order was incredible too!

I have the PUFFMUFF in Milk. It is absolutely incredible. So luxurious, soft and does a fantastic job at keeping my son warm on winter walks. Excellent customer service and fast delivery.

Purchased a pram liner and the quality and design is amazing - very happy with purchase. If you have been deliberating purchasing this is your sign to order, you will not be disappointed! Delivery was very quick and OUTSTANDING customer service with very fast, helpful, responses and they went above and beyond on resolution (due to my mistake not theirs). Will definitely buy from this company again! Happy customer!

I have been a long time admirer of Binibamba and I have a lovely pram liner (soon to get it's first use) and am excitedly awaiting the buggy mitts which I bought on preorder. I have been speaking with Jayne from the Binibamba team regarding the preorder details and she has been incredibly informative, friendly and efficient. Thanks Jayne!

Beautiful products and exceptional service. 5 stars

We were given a buggy liner as a gift for our little girl… and honestly it’s been amazing! It feels so soft, luxurious, soft and cosy! Sometimes I wish I could jump in there too for a snooze :) it’s lasted well over a year and still looks in great condition. Highly recommend

I love Binibamba, every time I get someone a gift from here they love it - and go back to buy more! My last purchase was booties and they’re so snuggly. Beautiful beautiful products and ethically sourced.
