Easy to use site, good variety of slots. Has frequent promotions that are usually worth a go. Withdrawal is usually simple, not fast but most casinos aren't.

I moved sites a few weeks ago when mine closed. I wasn't too sure at first but have now warmed to the site. CM's are very helpful and friendly, the only drawback is there are a lot of moaners, particularly in the free room.
I had a problem making a deposit and the help advisor was brilliant in sorting it out for me, she kept me regularly informed while accounts were looking into it for me.
I would gladly recommend this site to friends and family.

Not to be trusted. Unless you deposit sufficient funds frequently exceeding multiple pounds, you have no hope of a win. Same name winners mostly. Newbies always win in order to gain back the bonus they have signed up for when they make a deposit.
CM's are lovely - welcoming and chatty. After all they have a job to do and they are great at it. Sure at times they too must get embarrassed at the same names winning all of the time.
CG - Chat Games are ok, an opportunity to win BB - Bingo Bonus pounds. These do seem to be "fair and square".
Anyone buying 2 or more tickets who has made a deposit in the last 24 hours, can join in.
The business is based in Gibralta, outside of UK gambling law remit.
Worth a try if you have plenty of funds available and do not mind loosing too much.

I am sorry that you have not had an enjoyable experience on our site. I can confirm that we are not based in Gibraltar and we are regulated by the UK Gambling Comission.
With regards to our fair and square games, these offer all players within the game the same chance of winning by ensuring all players have the same number of tickets. However all other games on site do give players the opportunity to purchase as many tickets as they like, with maximum tickets capped at 72 tickets per player.
Here at BingoStars, we are constantly making changes to improve the playing experience for all of our players. Free £10 no deposit welcome bonus did not credit. Live chat told me nothing they could do as I had declined the free bonus, even though it was still showing on the my promotions page. I'm pretty sure all new customers that have this error are probably advised in the same way, and think the marketing team need to look deeply into how many customers they have lost at the first hurdle. I am afraid that from a business perspective I am bewildered that any company wants to shun a NEW customer before they have even had any deposit from a bank account.... Why???? I can understand referring to small print and being awkward once you have customers money. I may not agree with it but at least the company has gained some cash! All that has been gained from me is a bad review as I didn't get to even the first deposit bonus....
