French scents with a twist but customer interaction is bad
There are many things to really like about the brand which is pure niche, Paris styled, offering high quality scents, many of them for patchouli and amber lovers. Less fresh - citrus based in the offering. Most of them I immediately connect to that typical boudoir image in mind. Powdery, elegant. Were it only about scents I would rate 5 stars, but it is not.
What I really really did dislike is the „tone“ and response style once you have a question. Even if you give a good feedback after receiving the discovery package and tell them what you like, they do not connect with you. Several contacts I had and with no one I had the feeling that they are happy to serve or even better: to establish s relationship with the customer who shows deep interest in the brand. They do technically respond and that in no aspect does reflect their special product. Let’s put it in other words. Their response to customers contains that typical Parisian harshness or even rudeness. No „thanks for getting in contact“, no „have a lovely day“ … no „great to hear that you found some scents in our range that you like“ - nothing like that.
There is much room for improving that - at least two stars remaining for an excellent overall experience!

Valuation of the Discovery kit.
The discovery kit came by normal post and it was a pleasure. The testing of the perfumes started almost immediately and what's nave helped and made it easy was the little book reference of the perfumes, so that I can get a excellent match of them with their names and ingredients. Thank you.

Beautiful scent! I smell notes of coffee with flowers- magnolia. I perceive it as subtle and rather close to the skin. It was a blind buy but no regrets:) 100% recommend.
