Poor help section, poor guide for volunteer transcriptionists, poor customer support - neither easy to initiate, nor kind, nor thorough/attentive.
Moreover, the language on the site (I use it in Danish) is very sloppy indeed, some parts of the text being shown in Danish and some in English, with no rhyme or reason to it. AND there are quite often kinks when I'm transcribing, such as buttons suddenly not working, inability to save a finished transcription, and more.

I still have the basic account
BillionGraves sent me a fake pic showing I
Had the plus account but when I sign in
My account it just the basic
I want a refund but they refuse to give me one
Now I got go to the bank to cancel my card and file fraud charges
This place is bad very bad
Don’t sign up you will not get the plus
you will not get your money back
Wow it been a couple of days but got a
response from BillionGraves and the person A Young
Customer service was so rude and hateful
