Zeer slechte kwaliteit. De achter kantjes raken bij de kleinste bewegingen los en dan heb je de naald in je zij zitten. Ik heb 3 paar besteld en geen 1 daarvan blijft heel.

I ordered the waistknots. It took a while for them to arrive. They looked fine at first, but the rivets have really sharp edges, so they are impossible to wear. When I reached out to Billie Jeans they sent me their improved power lock waistknots. they were much more comfortable to wear, but impossible to get off. so when I needed to take them off to wash my jeans, they eventually broke. the other pairs they sent me also broke within a few times of wearing them. I reached out again and asked for a refund, but I haven‘t heard back from
them.

Issues with delivery, the quality of the products is awful. Do not order there you will be disappointed.

The product itself was ok (although the jean connectors/waist knows dig into your skin a lot) but trying to return for a refund was a hell-ish experience and I am still yet to receive it. Don't recommend, shop elsewhere.

Ik was even bang dat ik was opgelicht toen de verzending langer duurde dan gedacht waarna ik Trustpilot pas checkte; maar na 2 weken wachten kreeg ik mijn bestelling binnen en ben er echt heeel erg happy mee! Super leuke variaties en houden mijn spijkerbroek goed bij elkaar!

i wish i could give negative stars and i wished i did more research before purchasing so that’s my fault but i will be disputing this with my bank. biggest scam of a company i’ve ever seen. website says returns accepted yet they fight you on it the entire time eventually refusing.

Ik wacht al bijna vijf maanden en in e-mails wordt gewoon continu rond de pot gedraaid over waar mijn bestelling blijft. Één grote scam, ver weg van blijven!

Terrible. Same as the reviews I’ve read. Ordered after seeing adds on Facebook. Figured it would be an easy stocking stuffer for my sons. I ordered early November, early December I was told that my product couldn’t be delivered to my home- and was re routed to a warehouse in my small town. I offered to pick it up there, that option was over looked. I asked for a refund, and was told because the product was not returned to the headquarters they could not refund. They stated my product would be re sent out to my home. It’s now end of January. I have yet to receive a refund or the product.

I paid for my order but did not get a receipt or any message at all. Didnt receive a product and customer support is not aswering

Ordered a SCULPTED WAIST KNOT from them as a gift. It broke on the first use. Contacted them and they offered a new one, if I pay postage, which I refused. Then they offered me a 10% refund, which I also refused. They are unwilling to refund a clearly defective and poorly produced product.
Their website shows Trustpilot links, but none are clickable and the all have 5 Stars. Avoid this site.

Levering duurt veel te lang, vooral wanneer je hier geen informatie over krijgt. In eerste instantie lijken de knots heel wat. Echter is de levensduur van de knots bar en bar slecht!!!
Pinnetje gaat schuin staan en uiteindelijk breken ze doormidden. Heb er 2 besteld beide kapot. Niet voor herhaling vatbaar!!

Scam.

I have ordered one of their belt thingies after months of relentless ads on instagram and TikTok. I did not properly do my research and that’s my bad. After emailing them to get a refund, they refused to give me one.

I will be reporting the to the consumer protection authority. Since they are based in the Netherlands I’ll do so to the Dutch authority. I will also comment on their social media posts although I have a feeling that I will probably be promptly blocked. I would suggest everyone do the same.

JUNK! I placed a "BOGO" order for their stupid not belt things and only GOT one pair - NOT 2 - and they ARE JUNK.

Billy jeans waiste knot is troep; ik heb er geen ander woord voor. Miskoop van de eeuw.

Billie Jeans pretendeert hun producten met zorg te maken in Europa. In werkelijkheid komt het uit China en duurt verzending ruim 2 weken. Zonder gebruiksaanwijzing waardoor het me 3 dagen kostte om erachter te komen dat de waist knot ook eenvoudig en zonder kracht te openen is. Na 1 week dragen was het product zodanig verbogen dat het niet meer te gebruiken was. Ben weer terug bij m’n riem.

Als 0 sterren een optie was, dan had ik dat gekozen. De helft van mijn bestelling ontvangen. Billie Jeans kan eerst mijn juiste bestelgegevens niet vinden en belooft het later op te lossen door het ontbrekende item op te sturen, maar dat hele proces duurt nu al ruim 1,5 maand. Daarnaast is de kwaliteit van de Waist Knots die ik wel heb ontvangen teleurstellend! Absoluut geen aanrader.

Dropshipper. Tracking information is Chinese. Identical products (waist knots) can be found on Ali Express for 1-4 USD each. If you attempt to cancel or edit your order, customer support will tell you that they can't help you since your order has already been processed, even it it hasn't yet left their "warehouse" and no tracking ID has been created.
