It's a good service and is useful for making purchases on a card which would otherwise not be possible, however their charges are very high so it's often prohibitively expense which limits how useful it can be.

Very convenient, but now that everybody is using Faster Payment, why is there a four business day wait for money to transfer? That’s like the bad old days of Bacs.

I am new to Billhop but after two transactions I am very happy with the service this far. Long may that continue!

Billhop is a masterpiece of God. Be ready to plan ahead (4days) but it is an amazing tool!

I love Billhop. Great way to earn avios points by paying large bills. It would be great if they decided to accept bitcoin in the future!

Great facility to enable Avios to be collected through Amex but could be quicker payment and rate is too high.

I have tried to make two payments. Both have failed. This is not the promising service which it appears to be.

This is a useful service that enables you to pay bills using Amex or other cards to collect Avios from retailers / councils etc that don’t otherwise take the right card. The fee is perhaps a little high - would give 5* if reduced.

Great little app for securing Avios points if you’re an AMEX customer (seems to be getting more and more difficult these days to find people who will accept AMEX!) Yes there is a small fee to pay but that’s more than compensated by the points. Only comment I have to make about the app is it is a little bit awkward to use In the way that you when you add a bill and then go to pay it the details amount etc appear blank. Took me a little while to get used to it but I got there in the end.

I am able to pay my university accommodation using my Amex and collect points while I do so. Fantastic!

They do what they say they'll do which is useful to me when an unexpected bill needs paying and card payments aren't accepted.

Some bills do not accept my Amex card. This is an ideal way of dealing with this. I'll give five stars when charges are slightly less. Thanks a lot.

Excellent service - Great company and idea. Brilliant way to pay invoices, and council tax, whilst also earning points on my Amex card.

A very good, much needed service, but would be ideal if faster payments are offered or even 1-2 days. The long wait makes it alittle inconvenient.

I was intitlay sceptical but billhop is an excellent way to channel large spends to credit cards. 4 card bonuses have been hit in short order.
