Order place on 16/04…. 7 days later still no dispatch e mail. Chased after 3 working days to receive an automated response without details of expected dispatch / delivery date. Requested a further personal response but heard nothing after a further 3 days!

I can’t believe how bad this company’s customer service is.
My son tried on some Boardshorts in Greece but wasn’t quite his size so I ordered the online .
My order was cancelled and refunded 4 x and I was stupid enough to place another order which has taken so long it’s the familiar pattern of another cancellation. All the items that was cancelled never become unavailable online.

Very good confortable and gorgeous swimsuit! Bought the last pair on discount, therefore it arrived with a little tear in the middle of tying rope of the bikini top.

Quick delivery. Reasonable price for a quality wetsuit.

Quality product, great material, good fit, great communication during order/delivery process, easy to use website, great selection for men and women, quick delivery, well packaged. Would recommend and will be back to order again

Ordering was easy, the only thing is, it tucked longer than I thought to be delivered but the backpack was better than the photos showed. With lots of pockets inside.

I have been ordering all my swimsuits with this brand for a while now but they have lost my last order...which is fine, it happens! but the only answer I can get is an automated message saying they re looking into it ...it's been 2 weeks the status of my order has not changed. They basically took my money and are not going to send me a replacement...I guess I will not be purchasing with them anymore. Stay away from this brand!

First time I’ve ordered from billabong it will not be the last

If there is a delay in sending out the item, the company should inform the customer. I had to chase repeatedly to find out when my order would be dispatched. Poor customer service response and far too long for the item to be delivered. It was bought a a gift and I have sent it back.

Quick and fast

I purchased 3 fleeces.
Only one could be fulfilled the other two ended up being out of stock.

Bought a couple of pairs of lay back shorts 4 years a go, still going strong so bought another couple of pairs as they are the comfiest swimming shorts I have ever owned

The UK site doesn't have customer support and it's support rerouted to the US site who cannot recognise my email and order. My order had been missing for 3 weeks and nobody seems to know where it's gone. Vague and fake answers that you should've received confirmation email, which I didn't, is just poor service and inability to deal with the query. I've been sending them constant emails but haven't received a reply that locates my missing order. Avoid buying from this company!

Also, did not pull my correct details, so it is just being delivered to "Mr."

I would like to be refunded to the difference of the 15% discount code!
