Amazing product and SUPER quick delivery. Will be using this store again.

Ordered and paid for product and on following up 1 week later learnt that the product had not been despatched. Now a further 8 days on l learn that the product has still not left Perth and that delivery to Vic is still at least a week away.

They didn't have the item in stock. Were inaccurate with their estimates as to when it would ship. Didn't initially act on my notice of cancellation of the order. I had to chase them for my refund despite them agreeing to give it.

I suggest, if you really want to buy from them, you telephone to confirm that items are in stock before you purchase.

There might be supply delays, but there is an implied warranty that if you list something, you have it in stock.

I won't be buying from Bikerr again.

Handle bars Took 3 weeks to arrive. Sent 3 emails. 2 of which were asking for a tracking number. 3rd email was looking for a refund but they said they were posting out that day. Took another 7 days to arrive after that. Will not be buying from these guys again...

Not good. Ordered my product in mid February and received it in mid May. No feedback from Bikerr. Had to contact them several times for an update. Was told that the product I ordered was unavailable due to quality issues on the first inquiry. When the product finally arrived it was the wrong colour. Didn’t bother trying too have it replaced for obvious reasons, ended up painting it the colour I wanted. Very poor service, Will not be dealing with them again.

Item delivered as ordered and without delay as promised.

So stoked. I received a weel packed box yesterday (27/04/22). Then shortly afterwards I fitted to my Vulcan se cruise. A Matte Black two brothers racing exhaust. Only downer was the clamp was stainless steel... could have been killa if it was matte black... personal choice The sound is amazing totally pleased.

Would definitely give 5 stars for service and help and will be using you guys again, only disappointed was I received two right side stickers for the pyramid seat cowl, I understand it came from an overseas supplier but I have sent images in an email of what was sent and no reply yet, would love to get the left side sticker sent to complete the seat cowl.

Great products... customer service and delivery..

Very underwhelmed with the whole experience. Ordering a bike part online and being charged for it was easy and seamless enough.
Communication afterwards was non existent and the delay in shipping was ridiculous. For an item that was in stock, and merely a 10 hr drive away from the delivery address it took 3 weeks for it to get delivered and not once was I notified of the delay. Tracking was also very poor. The updates were completely useless. I probably won't be buying from here again.

Well where do I start . Worst customer service I have every come across . 2-3 days to reply to an email . Called several times no answer.
Item in stock . Still never received after 5 months . At the end my money was refunded.
They get your cash order from supplier and then get it delivered to you . They have nothing in stock .
Buy else where guys .

I’m sorry but it wasn’t a few months it was over 5 months , also 1 wasn’t damaged it was missing 1 .

Always shops try to cover. When u write negative feedback and try to swing it back to the customer. Just admit u have stuffed Up .

lack of tracking info or ETAs

It’s been the same for two different orders

And to add insult to injury now my exhaust from you the branding fell off the exhaust pipe and after two phone calls and an email still haven’t heard back in over a week

whilst there was a slight delay due to the lovely COVID shipping issues, the product was on point as described. the key thing here was the communication from Bikerr, they were great with keeping me informed and talking with me about the item.

Bikerr were good to deal with - I ordered a Pyramid Spray Cover for a Triumph Tiger 850 Sport and had previously ordered an Extenda Fenda from them.
The only downside is the fairly long lead time for the product to come in from the UK supplier (Pyramid) - so be patient.
