Bike In Style Arvostelua

Exactly as described, if a tad expensive, very prompt delivery, excellent.

They took my order but didn’t have the stock. That would usually mean a low review. But everyone makes an error, or timing can be unlucky. They did however contact me fast, suggest alternatives, and go through a whole process of making it right for me. All with personal and very fast interaction and response. That’s uncommon and what makes good service. All to rare these days.

prompt delivery, items better than described.well pleased thanks

Arrived quicker than expected especially as it came from Germany. Exactly as I ordered and looking forward to adding it to my a20f.

Easy to deal with, good communication throughout and the item was quickly delivered.

Good communication fast delivery highly recommended uk based

Great customer service at first that went downhill. I received my bike with scratches and was sent with a polish without any instructions on how to apply them, after applying my bike looks terrible. A bad experience all in all. Not sure if I'd purchase online again with this experience.

Fantastic service, great knowledge and really helpful, fast responses to emails, once the purchase was made a quick dispatch and delivery.

I purchased bike fenders on the 11 they were picked up om the 13 and dispatched on the 13 today is the 18th and still waiting charged £10 for delivery would of been quicker if i biked down myself what a joke

Order a bag for my folding ebike communication was excellent and delivery beat expectation very happyand will use again.

They were brilliant highly recommend, full comms throughout process. Small company so you're not passed round through call centres. Can't fault them. And they have some real good stock. Great service
