Bike Hero Arvostelua 

My front tire had gone and I realised my bike required a service. So it was collected and all communication was excellent. There was an issue with the tire but it was dealt with so professionally. I would not sure another service in the future.

It’s not easy to find genuine expertise for servicing high-end bicycles. Bike hero know their stuff, and did a great job on my titanium road bike

Excellent service

Being told promptly and honestly what needed to be done and when it could be done by.
My only beef - as a 78 year old - is your electronic messaging - never certain that my replies had been received and acted upon.

Excellent communication and work. The shifting is incredibly smooth, and the tune-up was performed professionally. This will definitely be my go-to service for the next two bikes. The price was reasonable, and the support continued even after the bikes were delivered. You guys truly rock! 🤘

Bike Hero collected the bike, even on a very busy traffic day, repaired it and returned it in less than a week, all the while keeping us informed as to what was happening.

The quality of work is excellent. But a request I logged with Hubtiger seemed not to have been received, and the times of collection and return are less flexible than they used to be.

Very professional and efficient service, friendly staff. The work carried out quickly. Highly recommend.

I booked my bike in for a simple replacement rear tube. Bike repaired fine. My only issue is with the front page of the website which states 'free delivery and collection' and 'from 48hr turnaround'. It took 2 weeks from booking to having my bike returned and I was also charged for collection and delivery. Once bike was fixed, there was no communication for days and I had to enquire, whereupon it was delivered the next day. I suspect the free collection is offered only for a more expensive service but the website is not clear and you need to be aware of this.
