Bulbs are great, delivery was not
Bulbs are great. Delivery was not. The product and everything about the ordering experience was fine -- but: I was ordering these bulbs for my office, and had them delivered there. When making the order the order details clearly said it would not be delivered until at least the next business day, which worked perfectly fine. However, your partners at Amazon Shipping completely disregarded this detail, and chose to deliver it the next day (a Saturday), when the office is closed and I'm not there. Additionally, arriving at a commercial building that it is clearly closed, rather than seeing this and coming back on a business day, they left it outside in the alleyway. This meant that in order to prevent the package from being stolen and/or rained on, I had to spend part of my weekend going out to my office, figuring out where they left the package and retrieving it, all because the delivery was not done the way you said it was going to be done.
Do better. And maybe get rid of Amazon as your delivery partner. They are, at best, only slightly less ghastly than ordering with Evri.

We completely understand your frustration, particularly as the parcel was delivered to a commercial address on a Saturday and left outside rather than being reattempted on a working day. Although we use a third party courier, this is not the standard of delivery we expect, and your feedback regarding Amazon Shipping will be taken on board.

The company is great
The company is great. But the shower unit itself I’ve had 2 of the same make and model and they’ve both burst and leaked down my staircase - it was the redring one however that is not the fault of this particular company
