I've just had the hat delivered. I've always struggled with off the shelf hats, they were uncomfortable, tight or just didn't fit.

The hat has arrived on the second tightest setting, fits my head perfectly. As a bald man, it's imperative I cover up and now I can in comfort!

Not only that, it is made really well too and seems to from high quality material but time will tell with that!

The hats are quality, fit well, and with room to spare! What more can you ask for.

I thought I had a big head (most regular sized headwear doesn't quite fit) but these are for people with B I G heads. Fit is nice when adjusted, overall good quality. Will probably buy another one at some point.
Just wish some of the designs were also available in standard caps, as a bald dude trying to avoid sunburn, trucker caps with the mesh back are no good!

Big Hats For Big heads have finally solved my life long desire to have a baseball cap that fits me. I found the company online and ordered my chosen cap. The process was easy and I expected everything to run smoothly and I was excited to receive my new hat. Unfortunately the cap apparently was damaged by the logistics company and the hat didnt arrive. I cannot fault the customer service from Big Hats for Big heads. Once they had been made aware of the issue I got a personal email communication and a corrective plan to accelerate me getting a replacement cap. Its arrived in really good protective packaging and the best bit...... it fits. I will be ordering my big head Hats from them from now on.

I have never found a hat that doesn’t look like it’s perched on top of my head. Even when I’m within a size range, the hats are never look deep enough.
But those days are over. Finally, I’ve found a hat that actually fits, and looks normal on me. I love it!!
Have ordered two so far (in different styles). Both are great, and were delivered quickly. Love the quality, and the double poppers on the adjustment band.
No doubt I will be buying more at some point (in different colours)
