Ordered a hoodie in August for Halloween. Item arrived in time for Thanksgiving, was of the worst quality and did nothing close to fitting me. Will never buy from any place where the models are all AI generated. Thanks for the 60 dollar lesson.

WTF??? Ordered 2 pairs of 5XL linen pants through BIGGMANS company's website. Ordered 3/24 Received 4/5. I can't get one leg in these pants and they are too small and short for an average size man. These mf's got me to the tune of $50. I don't know where to start a return. Product made in CHINA. DON'T BUY SHIT FROM THESE SCAMMERS!! BIGGMANS, really? Inseam has to be 22 and waist 20 if not smaller...

Die Firma verschickt Ware mit schlechter Paßform und aus extrem minderwertigem Stoff (billiger China-Plastik-Stoff). Rücksendung nach Japan auf eigene Kosten und Rückerstattung des Kaufpreises nur wenn Ware dort jemals ankommt. Gibt man die Adresse auf Google-Map ein, kommt kein Ergebnis. Finger weg!!!

The outfits I ordered for a cruise I just got off of did not fit right nor was the fabric good quality. I told them that I was not pleased and one of the refund. They offered to either give me $8 in compensation or I could return everything but be responsible for the shipping. Everything would be going back to China. Which would cost up to $100 to ship back. This company is not even worth the money to buy from again. I'm extremely disappointed and thought that I was going to look good on my cruise but instead I had to find other means of clothing while I was on board. I was even more upset that I could not participate in White party night.

The checkout payment went to the Kingsize Company. The delivery time longer than most. The delivery I waited anxiously as I used the a tracking system I have never seen before. Only to be told my package had been delivered two hours ago. Which would have been about 8am that day. (NOT) I wrote back to dispute the delivery at time they replied back with another way to track my order, only this time I would have to submit to a three day trial that would roll over to a charge of $9.95 a week. No thanks. Waiting for a reply delivery or refund. Super Shady! Caveat beware!

Few days later they send me and email with a fake tracking number , contacted the again and. They copy the first email and send it to me and saying they super busy
I’m saying the truth about these guy and I think they re a scammer , that’s why they keep send me coupons of 30% everyday

Ordered in February. Despite a myriad of emails, no response. 7 weeks and ordered not received and no response from emails. Complaint made to ACCC and Scam Watch notified. SCAM! Do not buy from this seller!

I recieved my package and two of the four items were not the size I requested. I have tried to contact Biggman via email as outlined on their website and tried calling twice. The phone numbers won't go through or are disconnected and I am not getting any response to my emails

I order 2 coats which took 3 weeks to get. Both coats were way to small. I believe I've been scam please do not waste your time or money. I will never order from here again.

My now wife ordered me a suit for our wedding that was coming up, week of the wedding no suit sent them an email they said it was on its way, a few weeks go by after the wedding still no suit. We emailed them asking for a refund they stopped responding to us and cancelled the order no refund was issued. Emailed again about the refund still no response that was augest 2025 it is now January 2026 and theres still been no response from these scammer $200 spent and didn't receive a thing. Fellas dont go through these guys they will rip you off and leave you in the dust if I could give 0 stars I would absolutely joke of a company

Brought from here before and items came just fine. Brought a suit for my wedding in july and it is now January 2026 and I am still waiting for my order. They have stopped contacting me and I have gone to fair trading.

Being a big man (6'6" 460) in America I ordered a pair of sweats ordered a 7x, for a extra room. My brother is a 2x and they fit him like skinny jeans. Now with the male modles being bigger men I see this as false advertising. I ordered on a gift card and it got thrown away by my girl. So I can't even get the money back

Received a "to small" vest and need to return. Can't get answer on how to return for credit?

The items I received were if poor quality. The items took forever to receive with no communication during shipping. I tried to email but never received a response back.

I ordered shirt on 11/2/2025 to wear on a cruise beginning 11/23/25. The shirt never arrived on time. It showed to be in customs on 11/16/2025. The merchant states it was delivered on 11.25.2025. At this time I'm already on my vacation. On top of that the shirt was delivered to the wrong address. I have email numerous times requesting a refund and I'm being ignored. I will never order from this company again. This is very bad business and customer service.

Erstmal wird die Ware nicht just in time verschickt sondern erst 2 Wochen nach Bestellung. Dadurch verzögert sich die Lieferung auf mindestens 6 bis 8 Wochen.

Dann passen die Größen null zu ihrer Größentabelle.
Ich habe meine Körpermaße komplett vermessen und habe dann nach der Grösentabelle bestellt. Da meine Körpermaße zwischen zwei Größen lag habe ich die Hemden extra in der größeren Größe bestellt.
Und die Hemden sind noch zu klein.

Zumal auf den Bildern sehen die Hemden und Shorts aus als wären sie aus Baumwolle. Nach meiner Meinung sind sie aus einer Art Mischung aus Viskose und Blusonseide.

Also Qualität ist definitiv den Preis nicht werd.

Und dann, obwohl der Händler eine fehlerhafte Maßtabelle angibt, soll man dann auch noch die Retoure auf eigene Kosten nach China zurückschicken.

Ich kann nur von einem Kauf abraten.

I ordered from this company because they had the right size and attractive products for my grandson. I received a confirmation of my order along with a tracking number. My product was scheduled to be delivered on December 29, 2025, but the delivery service cannot find any information about my order. I believe I am out $183.00. I will chalk this up to experience and make sure to do better research before ordering from online overseas companies in the future.
