Paradas pésimamente indicadas, una hora buscándola y ni siquiera una de sus conductoras nos quiso indicar bien. Lamentable y excesivamente caro para colmo

All we did was ask why the bus was an hour late, and we were met with rudeness. Standing in cold rain, a woman openly ignored me and was disrespectful. Extremely disappointing.

AWFUL EXPERIENCE IN PARIS. We had two terrible experiences with this company. First, we booked the hop on hop off Paris bus for one day, then had an emergency that required us to change the date. I contacted the company immediately letting them know. I then received a message to activate the tickets, so I did. Later, they sent me another message saying that since I activated the tickets, I could not change the date or get a refund!! I decided to re-book for the day we needed and to try to resolve the refund issue separately. On the day of our tour, we went to the closest pick up spot only to find it was closed. We messaged the company (no answer), and then called and were told we'd have to WALK to the next stop to get the bus. We did. Once we got on, we were told that the stop where we wanted to get off was closed, and that we had to get off one stop earlier and WALK to our destination. Awful bus tour service and awful customer service. We are 100% dissatisfied and DO NOT RECOMMEND.

Hoy han cambiado la ruta sin avisarnos.Mi pareja y yo sacamos entradas para ayer y hoy.y hoy nos han dejado tirados han suspendido la mayoría de las paradas, por lo cual no lo hemos podido utilizar.

Myself and the group of my friends visited Paris this April. We have decided to take a tour of Paris on Big Bus, but when we reviewed the company web site, we changed our mind and took the tour with the other provider. The reason is Big Bus does not provide audio guide in Russian what is widely spoken in the world. We voted with our money for other similar company, what provides audio guide in Russian.

Hatten Ticket für 2 Tage gebucht.
Am 2 Tag hält der Bus um ca.18.15h vor dem Haupsitz von Bic Bus und fordert alle ca. 20 Leute auf den Bus zu verlassen, weil Feierabend sei.
Wäre anständig, wenn dies vorher angekündigt worden wäre, dann hätte man den Bus an einer besseren/zentralen Stelle verlassen können.

Used big bus yesterday in Paris.
We had some really old buses that you couldn't see a thing from downstairs.
Never been able to have a seat at the top as all the buses were packed.
End of buses were 6pm and not communicated at all. Only found out when getting in

El recorrido permite visitar los monumentos más emblemáticos de París, mientras te ofrece una explicación de lo que vas viendo. El tiempo de espera entre buses es corto, que también se agradece. Destacar la amabilidad de la persona que nos atendió en la oficina; me equivoqué de mes al comprar los billetes y nos validó la visita igualmente, sin ninguna penalización.

Mensonge sur le temps d’attente passe entre 30 à 1h et non aux 10 minutes

Tour d’Halloween?? Franchement décevant. Notre guide était sympathique, bien qu’il avait un peu de la difficulté avec le français, mais le tour et les histoires, une vrai arnaque. Le même tour que le touristique de jour alors qu’on s’attendait à des lieux effrayants. Et la plupart des histoires n’était pas effrayante ou relié au lieu qu’on visitait.

Two people, $95. Only 10 stops, of which 2 are skipped due to construction. Audio is boring, nothing shared that’s unusual or interesting, simply facts, and quite brief. The “filler” segments for when you sit in traffic are on a loop; we listened to the same thing 4x. Having done HOHO in Chicago and Philadelphia, I was expecting something more engaging.

Nous avons acheté nos tickets vers 14h le 07/09 directement dans le bus (Trocadéro). Nous avons demandé au chauffeur des billets pour 24h et celui-ci très sympatique nous les a bien évidemment vendus. Il a néanmoins oublié de préciser que le 08/09 il n'y aurait pas de bus qui circulerait. Vous imaginez notre étonnement le 08/09 au matin quand nous nous sommes rendus à l'arrêt de bus et avons vu l'affiche. Bref, une grosse harnaque, il aurait du nous prévenir, surtout vu le prix que cela coûte...

No merce la pena coger esta compañía, compramos el billete para 48h y en todo ese tiempo que cogimos diferentes buses no iban los auriculares. Un servicio mediocre.

Nous avons acheté nos billets valables 24 heures. En réalité, les bus arrêtent de circuler à 17h40. Pour continuer la visite en soirée , il faut à nouveau débourser 30 euros. Le circuit est court et inintéressant, les commentaires sans aucun intérêt. Bref, à éviter absolument

The bus although expensive for what it is, was pleasant enough although I wouldn't recommend getting on and off regularly as you will not find a seat on top. Sitting inside really sux, you don't see anything.

Paris is a ridiculously busy tourist place so DO NOT book the river cruise unless you can get there early or you don't mind queuing for hours. Rather book a river cruise where you can select a time.

The information on the website does not align with the responses provided when you lodge a complaint. They seem to lack good customer service, and the waiting times are excessively long.
