Big Bus Tours Miami Arvostelua 

There are not enough buses, they don't run on schedule, and don't update locations on the app often enough.

The headsets were not always available, and the tour information on recording or from the guides were often not working even once we obtained headphones

Most upsetting of all was that the bus CRASHED into the side of another car, and we were told that we needed to Uber back to our hotel because the police response time was 1-3 hours and we would be stuck until the middle of the night for the night tour.

I requested a refund the next day for the night tour which was an hour late AND crashed, as well as a reimbursement for our $15 uber ride across town. The sales clerk at the booth told me to email the info number, which I did last month, and they never even responded with so much as an apology. HUGE waste of time and money.

We are really happy we toured on the bus. We felt like we saw the highlights of Miami in a time efficient way.

I have been to many cities around the world and taken many hop-on-hop-off busses and usually find them great. But I must say I can't recommend the Miami/Miami Beach one. Simply because there was not much information given on the busses.
Unfortunately the first guide was not much of a guide. He talked and was laughing a lot, and made jokes with some tourists but not much more. But I was really not interested in where the people that sat on the bus came from - I had taken the tour because I wanted to learn about the city! I switched to the recorded voice guide, but it was hard to hear the audio recording since the live-guide was really loud.
I sat on 3 different busses after getting of and on at some places. The guides on the two other busses was better (not so loud). But still there was not much guiding. Not even on the recordings (Switched between live and recorded to get as much info as possible) There was also very much music instead of guiding on the recorded guide. Seems that the tour around Miami was not really a tour, but a bus picking up people from different stops. Especially the Miami Beach Round.
I just cannot seem to assume that Miami has not much to offer guide wise - so unfortunately BigBusTours in Miami has a lot to do before I could recommend the tour to anyone visiting Miami.
There was supposed to be WiFi on the bus, but only one out of the three I sat on had.
The bus was not on time and there was sometimes a much longer wait than 30 min til the next bus arrived. And you cannot blame the traffic if the first bus in the morning (with no traffic) is 30 min late!!!

Very knowledgeable tour guides. Please consider having stops for a few minutes at each area,

Chaos. Stations are not where they are supposed to be.

Tour was good. One of the tour guides thought that she was funnier than she was.

Attitude sucks. What was promised on web site is not my experience. As I had booked on line and had a voucher which was to be merely presented on the bus i was forced to go to stop one to exchange for a ticket. Used buses all over the world. This was really the worse and I won't use your company again, anywhere.

Guides were not as expected, save for one or two exceptions. Some young guides seemed like offering a stand-up show, with little sound data on the places toured but lot of personal opinions. In one of the buses the sound system did not work and the guide did not bother at all. I was surprised that Coral Gables was not included in the tour.

The bus arrived 45min after scheduled departure time, overall the tour then ended 1,5h later than it was supposed to - since we bought tickets for a group of us and we were on business trip, we missed our subsequent plans. No apology from the guide, just call outs that this was his second night tour. Not professional, I will not recommend this tour further. I also took part in the Day tour, which was a far better experience.

It was very easy to go and take bus. View was awesome. My family and I have a great time. I recommend it.

Knowledgeable and friendly guides and great way to take in the main sites of Miami.

Guide talking to one passenger rather than whole group

Die Tourleiter waren super, sie haben für gute Stimmung gesorgt und viele Informationen geliefert. Jedoch wurde die Reiseroute nicht immer eingehalten, was sehr problematisch war da wir so unsere Endstation nicht erreicht haben und nach hause laufen mussten.

We purchased the premium ticket which gave us the two routes plus the harbour cruise. We did it all in a day, only getting off at Bayside Marketplace to have lunch, do the harbour cruise and then back onto the second tour route. It was a long day. However, we almost always do this when in a new city to orientate ourselves. Big Bus Tours was pretty good. One live guide was new and the other one was a bit laconic. I wouldn’t bother too much with the harbour cruise, but that’s just us.

Very good service, paid for 1day and got 2, very helpfull staff .

Our guide was a young man of Cuban descent and he was highly entertaining!

No live guide. No air conditioning. Half the voice boxes didn't work.
Driver would not tell us what stop we were on and when more than two wanted off he didn't give others a chance to get off

Lots of buses running the routes in Miami. We did the red city route, the blue Miami beach route, the yellow Miami Beach night tour (a must do!) plus the Biscayne Bay Boat Tour. Enjoyed all the tours for a quick overview for all the places to see in the area. We had David as our tour guide on two of these tours. He was the best!
