Op hun website staat een prijs van €3.34 per stuk voor 1m3 zakken. Dit is gewoon een lok prijs. Ik heb €43 voor vier zakken moeten betalen. Met iedere stap komt er kosten bij.
Ok staat "nu besteld morgen in huis" wat voor mij heel handig klonk.
Helaas is dat ook niet waar. Zit nu op dag drie en nog geen lever datum.

I bought the Asbestos Plastic Poly Sheeting 4x25 m, which is advertised for 'asbestos' use. This product does NOT meet minimum UK requirements for wrapping asbestos. The website states:-
"Benefits of our asbestos plastic poly sheeting"...
"Big Bags Europe 1 Heavy Duty LDPE (200 micron) – High tear resistance and puncture-proof reliability"

The product that I received was not puncture proof. The material punctured easily. I was lucky that the tip took the asbestos. They nearly didn't. I would have been £75 down, and wouldn't have got rid of the asbestos. Because the material is not fit for purpose, I cannot use the remainder of the roll. This company has not accepted that this product is not fit for purpose and will not offer a refund. Do not trust this website

They sent an asbestos container bag, rather than a garden bag.

The bag they sent was the wrong size and not suitable for this job. Not having the right bag has delayed my job!

I contacted them twice, but didn’t hear back. When I eventually contacted them on instagram I was flippantly told to email (which I already had).

This has been a frustrating waste of my time and money.

Im Oktober bestellte ich sieben Standard Big Bags, beim Öffnen der Sendung stellte sich heraus, dass ein Big Bag fehlte.
Darüber informierte ich den Absender noch am selben Tag der Zustellung.
Schon am nächsten Tag erhielt ich einen telefonischen , persönlichen Rückruf und man hat sich für den Fehlbestand entschuldigt und man versprach den fehlenden Big Bag am nächsten Tag abzuschicken.

Dieser kam auch zwei Tage später an.

Diese Art von Kundenservice habe ich noch nie erlebt, besser kann man es nicht machen.

Daher werde ich in Zukunft wieder bei der Firma Big Bag Europe bestellen.

We often need large numbers of big bags on short notice. The service provided is always friendly, fast and at a good price level. Although we overload the bags sometimes, they hold up fine. Great quality! Look no further.

Die Lieferung erfolgte sehr schnell, die Qualität der Gartensäcke ist sehr gut und die Kommunikation ist sehr nett und höflich.
Hier würde ich sofort wieder kaufen.

Habe vor Monaten eine Jacke gekauft und per PayPal bezahlt, die Jacke bis heute nicht erhalten, auch nach mehreren Nachfragen keine Reaktion.

Lieferung hat leider sehr lange gedauert. Der Kundenservice hat innerhalt einer Tages reagiert. Das war gut. Die Säcke machen einen sehr guten Eindruck.
