Vor dem Hintergrund, dass sich BidX auf PPC-Werbung spezialisiert hat, war ich mehr als gespannt, dieses Tool auszuprobieren. Mit Versprechungen von selbstlernenden Algorithmen und Funktionen wie Keyword Research, 1-Click Kampagnenerstellung und Keyword Management klang alles nach einem Game-Changer für meine PPC-Kampagnen.

Nach mehr als drei Monaten der Nutzung, muss ich jedoch meine Enttäuschung kundtun. Trotz der Palette von Features und Funktionen, die das Tool zu bieten hat, haben meine Umsätze statt zu steigen erheblich nachgelassen. Die Verkaufsversprechen schienen so vielversprechend, aber die realen Ergebnisse waren weit von meinen Erwartungen entfernt.

Das Interface ist zwar benutzerfreundlich, und die Möglichkeit, Werbung auf allen europäischen Amazon-Marktplätzen und darüber hinaus zu schalten, ist definitiv ein Pluspunkt. Doch in meiner Erfahrung führten die vorgeschlagenen Gebotsanpassungen nicht zu den gewünschten Ergebnissen. Auch die Keyword-Management-Funktionen brachten nicht die erhoffte Effizienz.

Es ist durchaus möglich, dass einige Nutzerinnen mit BidX Erfolg haben, aber ich zähle leider nicht dazu. Vielleicht eignet sich das Tool besser für eine andere Art von Produkt oder Marktsegment.

Ich bin sehr zufrieden mit dem Advertiser Tool für Amazon. Natürlich gibt es immer wieder kleine Verbesserungen, aber der Kundensupport ist zuverlässig und es wird immer schnell eine Lösung gefunden.

Wir nutzen BidX seit mittlerweile 1.5 Jahren.
u.a. nutzen wir BidX für die Automatisierung der Gebote in manuellen Kampagnen. Außerdem erstellen wir in BidX Kampagnen, was deutlich schneller geht als auf Amazon. Es lässt sich sehr viel anhand von Regeln einstellen und automatisieren. Sehr gut gefällt mir auch das Scheduling. Also Kampagnen zu bestimmten Uhrzeiten oder Wochentagen zu deaktivieren.
1 mal pro Monat haben wir ein Gespräch mit einem Account Manager, welcher für unser Feedback sehr offen ist und uns über Neuigkeiten in der Software auf dem Laufenden hält. Dies ist insbesondere sehr positiv.
Insgesamt macht bidx als tool einfach viele Dinge live, die wir manuell nicht mehr erledigen könnten. Wir nutzen insgesamt nicht viele Tools, da wir gerne Dinge "selber bauen", von BidX sind wir aber überzeugt.

Funktionen wie das 1 Click Setup oder das Hauptfeature, das Bid Management auf Keywordlevel, sparen einem viel Zeit beim Verwalten von vielen Kampagnen.
