Bicton Travel Arvostelua

Bicton Travel have helped ourselves and friends with organisation of a couple of holidays with great success and we look forward to working together with future holidays

Always have very helpful advice and service from Bicton Travel.
We have used this Travel Agent for many years and have never had any reason not to be completely satisfied with their service and attention to detail.

The particular staff member with whom I dealt, Alisha Wilkes, was highly effecient in dealing with all aspects of my enquiry as well as having an approachable manner coupled with a pleasing personality.

I should have no hesitation in contacting Alisha at Bicton Travel again should I require the services of a competent travel advisor.

Experienced and very helpful during our first ever visit to Bicton Travel. Although we have not yet finished with arrangements with our upcoming holiday we certainly will make Bicton Travel our first point of contact on future holidays.

I have been helped to plan my holidays many times by Bicton Travel,They are excellent very helpful. A pleasure to deal with. Thanks Bicton Travel.

Bicton has always been extremely professional and helpful when looking at holiday plans

Carole and her team are “Simply the best“

We used Bicton Travel early this year, and the service was great. We have since booked 2 more cruises for 2021 Fremantle to Tilbury London and then a week later to Norway

Have dealt mainly with Carole Smethurst and found her and her office staff knowledgeable and efficient. Consequently I have booked quite a few holidays through the company.

Friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and reliable.

Matt at bicton Travel is one of best travel agent that we have ever used and will always use bicton travel

We are first time customers and our experience with Bronwyn has been excellent. I would recommend Bicton Travel.

Lee and the crew at Bicton Travel and cruisefinder.com.au make a refreshing change from the major travel agents operating in Australia. Nothing is too much trouble and everything works smoothly. Highly recommended!

This was my first time booking through Hollie and I was impressed as she identified the lowest prices for the back to back cruises I wanted to do and even came up with some On Board Credit for the first cruise which wasn't showing any. She continued to provide the same excellent service that I have come to expect from Bicton Travel in relation to sending the paperwork through in a timely manner, answering queries, sending a reminder when the final payments were due and forwarding my travel documents when ready, 7 weeks before my cruises depart.

Have used Bicton Travel on three holidays so far.Hollie has been great with all aspects of our travels.Offers alternatives but always flexible and listens to our requests.
Highly recommend.

Nadia gives me prompt answers to any questions I have whether it be about flights, cruises or visas. Excellent service from Bicton Travel. I would not go anywhere else for my cruise or travel needs.
