I ordered some Terraforming Mars board game promos and the transaction was smooth with on-time shipping to the US. I would buy from Board Game Extras again.

BGE were extremely efficient
BGE were extremely efficient. My only criticism is the use of Royal Mail for next day tracked delivery - they failed to deliver the next day despite an obvious place to leave the parcel, and then the following monday delivered to the wrong address. Not BGE's fault, but it's the only fault I found.

Excellent customer service
Good prices and fast delivery. There was a quantity issue with part of my order that was resolved promptly and without any fuss.

Item arrived in great condition and was delivered within the expected time. Not my first purchase and probably not my last.
The website needs work though, I was prompted to confirm reconfirm cookie permissions on almost every page load which was annoying and made the process slower than it should have been.

New Fantasy Expansions
They originally did not order the 3 new fantasy expansion sets when they became available. When i contacted them about these new decks, they submitted a special order to get them for me and a quick turnaround meaning I had them within a couple of weeks of raising the initial enquiry.
Excellent customer service and all at normal pricing.
