Beyondspace Arvostelua

I recently purchased the Datepicker Form Field plugin for a client project, and the functionality is exactly what I was looking for!

I ran into an issue during setup, but the support team was fantastic. Niang responded quickly and was able to resolve the problem without a lot of back and forth, which I really appreciated.

My one piece of constructive feedback would be around the onboarding experience. I've installed quite a few third-party Squarespace plugins over the years, and I found the setup process for this one less intuitive than most. I had to do some digging to find the installation instructions, and I think having a clearer, more accessible setup guide would make a big difference.

Overall, I'm really happy with the plugin and the support I received. Thank you, Niang!

Excellent tool and the best customer service. Highly recommend.

Good product, sorted out by website zoom issue instantly

I just installed their Lightbox plugin for squarespace, so my gallery images can be enlarged on mobile. Great product and also very helpful technical support that got things setup very swiftly!

I bought the Datepicker for my Squarespace website.
After following the instructions to install myself I found it wasnt connecting and functioning fully so I reached out to the Customer Support to find a solution.
They kindly suggest I add them as an admin to my site and they proceeded to fix the glitch and now I have a fully functioning Datepicker, I am thrilled!

I can easily manage my order calendar myself now, blocking out dates we are closed or busy, I can change the date format and I can set order lead times. There is no confusion on the customers end; they dont have to read any explanation around days or dates, they simply pick an available date on the pop up calendar.

Really happy with the Date Picker and with the customer service from Beyondspace.

When a squarespace update made some functionality of my website stop working with the BeyondSpace Lightbox Studio, I contacted support. Niang Lee was quick to provide a custom code snippet that made it all work again. Great and timely customer service.

Really appreciated the prompt professional service. The lightbox plugin completely made my new website look and function so much better with the type not cluttering up the initial page layout. The type now sits in the lightbox discreetly and neatly below the image in the desktop and the mobile view and allows me to have a bit longer descriptions for SEO purposes. The lightbox itself with the well designed and proportioned thumbnails in extended view is a smart, elegant and professional layout .
I had one technical request for a specific design request and had an immediate response and solution. Excellent customer service.
Thanks again.

Support were very quick, helpful and efficient. Top marks and thank you!

I appreciate the quick response to my question, which immediately solved the issue I was having. Their SquareSpace tools that I use (Lightbox Studio and Ground Control) give me great features for my SquareSpace site. Both the products and now the customer service has helped me put in place things that I want on my website without extensive training. Much appreciated!

This company is legit! Their plugin works amazing for my website and when I had an issue they responded quickly. Turned out the issue was my fault 🤪. Highly recommend!!

Lightbox Studio works as intended and great customer service! Helped me install on the personal plan!

Strong aftersales support which was extremely quick and helpful. Great plugin.

I use Lightbox Studio & Date Picker for my website and blog, both excellent solutions for missing functionality in Squarespace. The fact that both plug-ins are retrospective to my previous posts sold me. An immediate fix!

Very responsive and fixed my problems with my plug ins and website perfectly. Thank you.

Very helpful and easy to use!

We switched to this datepicker after Squarespace rolled out some updates causing our old one to fail, but the functionality has been even better, has more options, and the service from Beyondspace has been very responsive to help us get it installed properly.

Plugin works exactly as described. Invaluable image upgrade for Squarespace. Support for installing it was also lightning fast! Will buy again.

Solid plug ins that have taken my site to next level. Always quick to respond if I have any questions. And also help rectify any issues quickly.
