Beyond Nice Arvostelua 50

I ordered a new hot tub cover over the weekend which was a quick and easy process. The cover arrived later in the week and it looks AWESOME. It is made of much better materials than the original one that came with my hot tub. The cover clips were lost during shipping so when I contacted Beyondnice they offered to ship me replacement clips for free. The customer service person (Cynthia) was friendly and helpful. I am well pleased with my purchase and the cost was the lowest I found after much research. I would recommend this family owned company to anyone.

Purchased a used hot tub this last winter and installed it this spring. The cover was worn out and pretty much unusable. We did our normal internet searching to find a cost effective quality source for a replacement and we found it at Beyondnice!

With their measurement guide the cover fits great and looks great also!

Everything about the process of ordering our new hot tub cover went very smoothly with both internet site usage and speaking with the personnel at BeyondNice.com. The cover was delivered sooner than the original projected delivery date, and exceeded our expectations for quality and fit (partly due to a past unpleasant experience with a local distributer through whom we ordered our last hot tub cover). This cover fits better than our first two, and is beautifully made. It is a little heavier (due to some of the features we selected) but is quite manageable, and very attractive.
