Beyond Hair  Arvostelua 5

Still waiting on hair I ordered 2 weeks ago!! Said it was 1-4 days. Starting to think it's a scam and will be contacting my bank to get my money back soon.

So disappointed with Beyond Hair. Have been a customer and repeat buyer for almost 10 years. I have a few bundles that I re use often. The only thing I need to purchase is a closure after about 2 installs.
This last hair piece, a closure. tangled terribly at the roots within a couple of weeks . I always lighten the hair by a few shades but leave about 2 inches at the roots untouched and it's this area that is matted.
They are very expensive so I queried if this was a closure made up from a particularly bad batch as I had never experienced this before and asked for a partial refund. I even included pics. My request was refused and instead I was offered discount on my next purchase . It's unfortunate as I have been happy with all previous purchases but I won't be risking ordering from them again and have since found an alternative supplier.

This is not the same company I order from in the past. The hair quality is terrible. I paid a little over 160 pounds for Peruvian wave hair, when it came it was big curls and even after straightening the hair is still very curly. The hair is dry and gets tingled a lot. I would not be purchasing hair from this company again. The hair quality is not the same and the prices has increased. This is such a waste of money and I regret ordering this hair.

Terrible service they do not respond to emails or phone calls order hair their website say between 1 to 4 days it is beyond that and I'm still waiting got a lame email saying it had now been shipped with no tracking details god knows when it will arrive I bought it over a week a go hoping it would arrive before I go on holiday doesn't look like it they use to have good customer service now awful will not buy from them again

Been purchasing from beyond hair for 10 years now. Hair has always been on point
