Personalized coaching based off my specific needs are what I feel as though Beyond Fitness does very well in! I have a great coach who understands what I need in order to succeed.

Beyond Fitness is as advertised. Great and motivating coaches. Regular check-ins and responsive to questions and messages. Nutrition and lifting routines sorted out for you. It’s the help I needed to work out consistently for the last 8 months.

The experience I had with Beyond Fitness was one for the books. My coach, Jake Parker, always had an answer to anything and everything I asked, and goes for Anna and Kade, they also tended to me when I needed it. If or when I decide to go back to having a trainer, I will go to them with no questions asked. They definitely make you feel at home and are so understanding!

I have very high fitness goals and have had coaches in the past. I don't see how it gets any better that Beyond Fitness.

I had great experience with Beyond Fitness and Jake as my coach. We met initially to discuss my lifestyle and fitness goals. A training and nutrition plans were created, which resulted in great results over a six month period. Jake and I had weekly meeting where we discussed my progress/achievements/focus areas. Jake has been a huge source of support through my training journey. He’s extremely knowledgeable and very patient. He takes the time to explain the plan and recommendations and adapts the weekly plan to work schedules, life events, etc. I’ve seen a huge change in my weight and physique since I started working with him. I’m looking forward to continuing my fitness journey with Jake in the months to come.

In the first 4 months I lost 25lbs AND gained muscle. I’m more toned, and my clothes fit me so much better! That was a huge success for me but was only a small victory in the grand scheme. I worked with Coach Anna, and from my time working with her, I created habits that I couldn’t create by myself. 6 months ago the thought of exercising was grueling and cleaning up my eating habits felt too big and too hard to figure out. I now lift weights 3-4 days a week and walk every day. I eat clean, nutritionally dense meals. And I CRAVE the work now. I owe it all to Coach Anna and beyond fitness.

My coach knows me and my program so well I don’t know how he does it! Very detailed and attentive. I have achieved more than I ever could have with my coach.

This company is something really special!

I am a college student and I’ve been working specifically with my coach Jake for four months and the personalized experience has been incredible. I’m currently on a bodybuilding plan, working out five days a week while managing a full-time job and school. The times I’m available to workout throughout the day have been flexible, but through the use of their fitness app, my coach has always kept me accountable in getting my workouts done every week. A few perks of this program include: 24-hour availability from my coach, weekly check-in calls, a progress spreadsheet showing my muscle toning, and a personalized workout plan based on my fitness goals.

In addition to the perks that my individual coach brings, I also have support from a team of trainers who post meal prep recommendations, guided weightlifting form videos, and daily activities with other clients on our fitness platform to build fellowship. The care that these coaches put into their clients shows in the results, as I’ve currently gained no weight, but increased my muscle mass on my biceps by an inch while decreasing my waistline by three inches. These coaches really care about the personalized experience and the results that cultivate along the way. 10/10 recommend for bodybuilders, college students, full-time workers, and parents!

Beyond Fitness is a great team. The proof is in the pudding. I went from being a slightly overweight bro, to a dude that other bros ask for advice on getting jacked, in less than a year. They customize my Fitness plan based on what I could bring to the table, regarding Equipment and eating normal homemade food.

I joined Beyond Fitness four months ago in January of 2024 for receiving guidance in a fat loss plan. I reached out to Kade and explained my vision. He assigned me to Coach Dawson Blades, who built me a great exercise plan along with calorie/macro plan. So far over these last 4 months the formula has worked and the progress has been amazing.

This Beyond Fitness program and team is great. I have a crazy schedule so online coaching is so helpful and flexible. These guys are very supportive, knowable and responsive. I love the APP’s, trackers and video feedback.

Working with Dawson and the Beyond Fitness team has been a tremendous experience. As an intermediate lifter and gym goer, I need guidance on nutrition and training to fine tune my fat loss journey and Dawson has helped alot. I am down 40 lbs overall and added atleast 10 lbs of muscle. I highly recommend working with the Beyond Fitness team to help you achieve your goals!

Coach Jake was a wealth of information when it came to body composition and progressive overload. He did a great job of giving me small applicable steps that went a long way. I was able to loose about 20 pounds in 90 days

Beyond Fitness truly lives up to its name, exceeding all expectations! Embarking on my first-ever bulk phase was daunting, but with Coach Jake by my side, the process became a breeze. His guidance alleviated my fears and uncertainties, making the journey far smoother than I ever imagined. My one weakness was my glutes and with Jake’s help I was able to add a couple inches to my hips. Throughout my bulk phase, Jake's expertise ensured I gained muscle without unwanted fat. The convenience of the app to track workouts was easy to use and I was able to go back and see my progress. There was no difficulty communicating with Jake, he was always responding to my weekly check ins and other questions I would text him. I’m glad I completed my first bulk with the Beyond Fitness team as I’ve learned so much throughout the process and put on a lot muscle! They don't just want you to do what they say, they also make sure you understand why you're doing it. Jake and ai still to this day keep in touch and he makes sure I know he’s there for any help I need! 5 stars without hesitation!

Jake is a phenomenal human being and it's apparent in the way that he trains. Jake is honest, to the point, and genuinely invested in your growth. I thoroughly enjoyed Jake's mentorship in my fitness. You can trust him and his team, they are here to help!
