Fraudulent scammers
Fraudulent scammers, they subscribe you to non trans parents subscriptions and then charge £100+ later on out of nowhere. Stay away. Only bought a book, to find out 3 months later they made 3 charges of £100+ for something I was not even aware of. Contacted immediately following the payments they withdrew to notify them, and now they refusing to cancel those charges because it wasn't notified within 14 days. It's pretty hard to notify something you are not aware of. Complete crooks. Stay away as having to take it up with the police now.

Don't believe the hype...very basic
For anyone with half a clue about intermittent fasting, do not be fooled by the hype. The actual app is very basic with some really suspect menu suggestions (smoked salmon bagel for breakfast AND supper? I don't think so!!). There's a load of bigging up the personalisation of the plan when you go through the quiz but it's super-generic and isn't any different from any other (free) IF trackers or meal-planning apps.
I emailed them immediately to ask to cancel my subscription and refund my order. They tried to upsell me more stuff (exercise programs, mindset guides)!! After several email exchanges, they finally agreed to refund me 50% of the order value.

Not suitable for vegetarians
Having been pestered ruthlessly by email, I finally took up the offer and paid for a month subscription to this app only to find the meal plans cannot accommodate vegetarian diet! When you list foods not to include but they still include them, it becomes useless. I asked for a refund but they only offered me 25% This is a scam. Don’t be fooled.

Don't waste your money
I declined all of the add ons which were not explained before I signed up. So I don't know what they would have added to the experience apart from a lot more expense. You could do the basics perfectly well without the app, just choose how long your fast /eating windows are (in my case 17/7 hours) and restrict your calories to 1200.
