bevopr Arvostelua 27

I have a bevopr account since it was mynextcompany. A new and possibly interesting concept but poorly implemented. The problems so far:
- Technically it's unstable. I understand that these can be fixed but they can also cost customers and candidates.
- It's still INFESTED by "body shops" (I HATE this term). I want to have direct contact with the client. If they connect me with notoriously bad companies that WILL connect me with their undisclosed customer then that doesn't any value and I will pass. Their service needs some serious policing IMHO.
- They say that some companies hire through their site. IF this is true, I want to see their job postings when I click on the logo. OTHERWISE IT DIDN'T HAPPEN. I see that one of these companies is BNP Paribas and I also know that they hire for a relevant position. How do I know? I got contacted BY A BODYSHOP but bevopr platform seems oblivious of this. I searched for a dev position in Paribas and I couldn't find anything. Ergo, BNP Paribas does not hire from bevopr. They prefer "alternative means". That's close to be considered "bait and switch" to put it politely.

I still have my account just to see where that thing goes. But if the company doesn't realize that they should add some real value (and possibly burn some bridges along the way) they won't be any different from the gazillion job boards that exist out there.

Vraiment super, grace à Bevopr ma dernière recherche d'emploi fût aussi la première que j'ai trouvé facile et agréable.
En plus d'apporter beaucoup de transparence aux offres et de me matcher directement avec celles qui correspondent à mes attentes et skills, avec Bevopr c'était sans effort et plutôt ludique.
De plus j'évolue depuis dans une entreprise où je m'épanouis vraiment.
Malgré tout, je continue à utiliser Bevopr car sa transparence me permet de mieux évaluer ma valeur sur le marché ainsi que les skills que je devrais améliorer pour mieux correspondre à celui ci.
En comparaison avec d'autres prises de contacts récentes la conversation me semble beaucoup plus légère, dès le premier message, je sais si oui ou non l'offre m'intéresse, pas de perte de temps.
En fait le plus dur avec Bevopr c'est de le prononcer 😁

Outil simple d'utilisation, bon support du staff.

bevopr is known for their Tinder-like platform for matching developers with companies. Most of my job hunting occurred though this place. It's simple and directly answers most common questions. When there's a match there is a basic messaging feature to start chatting, but you're not forced to keep using it like other platforms do: you're free to visio and call outside (companies prefer using their tools anyway).

The people working at bevopr don't stop at maintaining their platform, they also reach out if they feel that there's a particularly good match that you might have missed (no strings attached). This is how I found my new opportunity: a bevopr employee reached out to tell me about a soon closing job but that I should give it a shot. It was a great match and I would have missed it if they hadn't sent me an e-mail to tell me about it. I applaud this extra "manual" effort beyond the platform's scope !

If you work in IT and want to see very quickly how your profile matches the market, you should go there.

Une approche effectivement rafraichissante par rapport aux job boards classiques. La prise en main est relativement facile après avoir un peu chipoté ci et là.
La communication est facile avec les candidats sur la plateforme et donne de bons résultats.

très bonne expérience. Je cherchais un dev python, je l'ai trouvé en moins de 3 semaines, avec de bons profils recommandés. Quelques petits bugs techniques sur la plateforme mais l'account manager m'a accompagné dans la démarche. A recommander, continuez comme cela!

The login mechanism doesn't really work well

Excellent concept and good looking and easy to use site. Team is friendly and active.

Het concept is zeker goed en heeft mij een paar goede en reële contacten opgeleverd.
De interface kan iets meer gebruiksvriendelijk zijn maar het is in zijn geheel zeker om aan te raden.

I've subscribed 3 weeks ago and even if I didn't receive any candidate yet, I'm positively surprised by the dynamism and the pro activity of BEVOPR who are really helping us to find the right candidate. I wish we'll find the right candidate soon with their very good support.

I find the application and its search quality very efficient

Great platform to match IT professionals with companies. Bevopr was easy (and even fun) to use and it got me in contact with good candidates. The result was also great as we hired a lead developer via bevopr after a few weeks.

En tant que Freelance, cette plateforme m'a aidé à trouver un client selon mes critères et pas celle des recruteurs. ça démocratise un peu le marché de la consultance.
Il reste à améliorer certaines choses comme les critères de recherche pour trouver une offre de façon plus ciblée, ou encore l'affichage de la date de l'offre

worst B2B platform ever, contrary of user-friendly, bad support,...

The concept is innovative in work researches. The UI is very well-designed, it is easy to sort the jobs out. A nice web app to look for jobs.

Il suffit de liker et 🤞 pour un match 💑 ! Une approche plus informelle et moderne du recrutement pour directement savoir, sans prise de tête, si ça peut coller 😊 Pour nous, ça a bien fonctionné, juste quelques semaines ont suffit pour trouver le bon profil !
