UNPAID 10.000 EUR - STILL NO REPLY FROM BETWINNER!!!
On April 9th, I submitted a withdrawal request on the Betwinner website under number 4707740823 for an amount of 500,000 TRY (10.000 EUR). Despite no money being transferred to my bank account, I saw a message on my Betwinner account stating "payment made."
I contacted the live support line, explained the situation in detail, and opened tickets related to this transaction (15336149 and 15416042). Despite sending my account statement and clearly proving that the transaction did not go through, five days have passed and the payment has still not been made and the issue remains unresolved.
Furthermore, in my subsequent withdrawal request numbered 4713667491 for 190,000 TRY, the amount was deposited short, with exactly 38,000 TRY less sent to my account. I would like to specifically note that I will be filing a separate complaint regarding this transaction as well.
While Betwinner causes no issues when it comes to deposits, it consistently creates problems at the payment stage, victimizing its users. Since my first withdrawal request, days have passed, and I urgently request that my grievances regarding both the underpaid and unpaid amounts be addressed, and that all missing and unpaid funds be deposited into my account in full without delay.
Update 16.04.26: All of the amounts has been paid with one week of waiting.

Eles passam a exigir uma quantidade absurda de documentos, com um processo lento e confuso. Você fica dias esperando resposta, sem prazo claro e sem suporte eficiente.
No meu caso, foi ainda pior. Desativaram minha opção de saque e também não consegui mais apostar, mas o depósito continuava funcionando normalmente. Ou seja, você consegue colocar dinheiro, mas depois não consegue usar nem retirar. Isso claramente parece uma forma de prender o saldo dentro da plataforma.
CUIDADO antes de usar.

Withdrawal problem – they keep rejecting my payout
I have been trying to withdraw my money (25,000 RSD) from Betwinner, but my requests keep getting rejected for different reasons every time.
First, they claimed my name was incorrect. I provided my ID (both sides), and they said they fixed it. However, the problem remained.
Then they told me to submit the withdrawal anyway, but it still gets rejected.
Now they are saying the issue is because I used both Latin and Cyrillic letters while registering, which makes no sense since my identity has already been verified.
I have provided all requested documents, including my ID and bank details, and followed all their instructions, but they keep changing explanations and delaying my withdrawal.
This is clearly unprofessional and looks like they are intentionally avoiding paying out.
I do NOT recommend this platform. Be very careful.

I have been trying to withdraw my balance of ₦76k+ for the past 24 hours. My account is fully verified, and I have met all wagering requirements, including a recent ₦16k+ promo which required an ₦8k deposit and wagering at 1.1+ odds. I fulfilled every condition and won, yet I am being blocked from my funds.
Every attempt via OPay (which I’ve used successfully before) results in "Declined by Operator." Now, the OPay option has been completely removed from my withdrawal list. Attempts via Kuda (Paystack) are also being declined without reason.

My experience with Melbet and BetWinner has been very disappointing.
After using the platform, my account was suddenly restricted with a 0.0 bet stake limit, making it impossible for me to place any bets. This effectively makes the account useless.
