VERY DISAPPOINTED!

Betway has kept £720 of my money and refused to pay my withdrawal.

My withdrawal had been pending since 29 June. I provided the documents requested and was told they were being reviewed. Then, without any proper explanation, my account was suddenly locked.

I contacted support and was simply told that my £720 withdrawal had been “retained” and would not be processed or paid. They refused to explain what I supposedly did wrong, refused to provide any evidence, and ended the chat.

A company cannot just close a customer’s account and keep £720 without giving a clear reason. I AM A REAL PERSON!!!!!!!!!!!

I want this betway to stop scamming people an also improve there withdrawal method cause since I made withdrawal on Wednesday around 01am but still didn't get my funds they even blocked me me

**** betway. They verified my account, accepted my deposit, then closed my account down with no reason given.

No live chat unless your logged in. Emailed several times - ignored. Gone through resolver - ignored. Now it's just the gambling commission left to try to get my money back. The bank won't do a chargeback because 'its mastercard'

Absolute scum and scam artists. The worst experience I've ever had with a gambling company. Stay well, well away.

Extremely disappointed with Betway.

I have been trying for days to resolve an issue regarding the incorrect settlement of a bet and have received absolutely no response to my email. I provided all the necessary details, including the bet ID, account information, and a clear explanation of the issue, but the support team seems to be completely ignoring my request.

The bet in question was settled as a losing wager, even though the information available indicates that the required goals for the market were scored during the first half. I requested a review of the settlement and simply asked for a detailed explanation of the data used to grade the bet, yet I have received no reply.

What is most frustrating is not only the possibility of an incorrect settlement but also the complete lack of transparency and communication. When a betting company handles customers’ money, the minimum expectation is efficient customer support and responses within a reasonable timeframe.

Unfortunately, my experience with Betway has been extremely negative. If you value customer service, transparency, and fair dispute resolution, think twice before using this platform.

Rubbish rubbish rubbish avoid and save money and time. Used for three months all ok. Then had a problem with a withdraw, and trying to get it resolved is very hard. You can't speak to anyone, the agents you speak to on chat can't do anything, avoid at all costs

Trying to get hold of them when they emailed to say they couldn't process withdrawal. Over 3days of trying chat and sitting there for it to be cancelled or closed. Really let down by this company used got months too so the reviews are true. Adhere the warning play if you want but theres nobody to talk to fix issues.

Must admit that this is the leader of scam and rigged games in the UK market.Slots rigged with use of AI they manipulate slots so no chance of winning anything.Additionally their free bonus game Prize Weel is so rigged that is ridiculous to even play it.Mostly what is given is the lowest prize available on the Weel no matter if that's free one or after deposit and wager.15 times in a row the 5 free spins on one of the games how this is even considered as a random.Random is only the chance if they have some kind of system update when AI is not available to manipulate and give you the worst what is on offer.Highly recommend to avoid those shameless scammers and thieves

Don't use Betway, ever.

I signed up last week for a new customer offer (bet £10 get £40 in free bets), as I wanted to use the free bets on the final day of Cheltenham. I staked my £10, followed all the promotional ts&cs, haven't been given my free bets.

Was told they would be credited automatically within 24 hours, which they weren't. So I couldn't use them on Cheltenham. I then said okay no problem I'll use them on the football over the weekend. Still no free bets credited. Whenever I go on live chat, they just say please wait a bit longer for your free bets (after waiting for about 30 mins to finally speak to someone).

I've now waited 4 days for my free bets, 4 days since I staked the wagering requirement, and I'm still waiting and the live chat just still fob you off and ask you to wait a bit longer.

They go against their own Ts&Cs and offer fake, non-existing promotional offers to get you to sign up and spend your money, but then don't hold up their end of the deal. Safe to say I will never be using Betway again with my own money, and I hope no one else falls for the fake promotional offers.

Stay well away. Plenty of other good bookies around.

Awful awful awful, had an issue with live casino where my £30 stake was rejected but not returned, I have emailed them multiple times and tried live chat but no one will help or wants to, currently trying complaints but not confident I will get anywhere as the customer service is as bad as it gets. Avoid at all costs

Absolute scumbags. I didnt know I had created an acoount years before so seen a sign up bonus. I created an account that was the exact same name, address and it never flagged. I deposited and they then shut my account and said I had to speak to them. I waited over 25 mins to be told the suspended my account and are keeping my deposit for an honest mistake. If I was trying to have multiple accounts I would not have used my name, the same address thats just plain as the nose on your face. Theives they are.... AVOID!

I actually feel sick. The sign up bonus was not credited to my account after I 1000% did all the right things, staff accused me of lying and said I must have pressed the wrong button and ended the chat immediately. I waited 1 hour of my day to get through to somebody. Horrible horrible company. Complaint made

scammers silly money spent on games over the last week never pays a fraction back of what you lose when you finally hit a bonus foreever kicking you out of games while 50 odd £ down forever hitting streaks of 30+ spins with no return and when a win line does land its usually half the value of your spin, wouldnt give them 1 star review if it was possible should of just cancelled my ban k payments with these con artists

Have just seen a bank withdrawl by betway of which i did not make i was fuming 55 pounds but I have just been in touch with costomer service who actually was very helpful its an error and im hoping itll be back in my account soon if so not a oroblem and i may even open the account again as i closed it due to withdrawl issues but whoever i spoke to has made me think betway may be ok hopefully i will beable to up date this review with a positive review when refund is in my bank by the 18th nov . I want to thank the guy who sorted it out and replying with email to let me know and confirm the error After withdrawl issue on 14th which resulted in me shutting my account i can only say this issue was sorted quickly and how costomer service shd be and keeps costomers . So will look into rejoining based on expierience today .

SCAMMERS. Stay well clear. They offer promotions but don't honour them. When you want to query or get help they unable to do anything. Such a terrible company they need reporting to gambling commission

Gladly let’s you deposit with no problems but won’t let you withdraw your winnings, and customer service is non existent

Failed to pay me out when I won on the live Alice in Wonderland game and when I went to live chat to address the problem they then proceeded to suspend my account. They don’t reply to emails, don’t honour their promotions and don’t pay you correctly.
Betway need investigating by the Gambling Commission as they are absolute scammers
