I spoke with Isaac (izak) on sat 20th March at 9am - he helped me amend a booking: brilliant service, really good manners, felt at ease with an awkward issue.

I also want to commend Richard who i spoke with previous as well, also excellent and well informed.

From the first day i spoke to better to know staff starting from marc to issak i have no words to express the satisfactory response i got from them they were absolutely amazing thank once again

I have just been using the service from Better2Know amazing knockout wunderbar bar service, This young lady Lelani she really knew her stuff and put me at my ease immediately I feel like I don’t have Covid now

Worst experience ever. A week after our flight got a test result. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. We paid about 500 GBP for an expedited test for my husband and I and test results way late. They blame Royal Mail but then provide a better mailing address. They refuse to refund our money.

I ordered a PCR covid-19 test kit I no longer need. I sent emails asking to cancel my order or to at least acknowledge my emails at all. Their automated emails give a contact email address and I used that so they should be getting them. Lo and behold they still sent my kit out when it could have been canceled, meaning I wouldn’t have to send it back to get a refund. I even agreed to take my refund minus a service fee. These kits are expensive so this is nearly $300 in US funds held up in the refund process. I’m disappointed that all these reviews are true and that I have to leave a poor review to get someone to help me. - Kristin S.

Bought premium 24 hr covid test for £245 for my partner. Sent next day 17th. Not only has it been SIX DAYS, the company is completely unresponsive.

The web site says "Guaranteed" all over, to this day/as of this writing (23 DEC).

I understand Covid is a challenge for everyone. HOWEVER, this is basic deceptive selling if you consistently take money for a 24-hour service you cannot possibly deliver.

Anyone else affected should do as we did and call your credit card company immediately and dispute the charge. We don't even know if this is just a complete cash scam at this point - not heard a word back from many emails and no one answers their phone.

Bought fit to fly kit. Absolutely appalling customer service- happy to respond to your emails as long as you buy their kit and then any issues , no response! My mum and I had to go through so much stress as she only had a day left to fly and no results had come. No replies. Rang number, only basic info given like tracking (which I could do myself). We then had to urgently find a 24 hour Covid test clinic 45 miles away as all London clinics were full. I think once the kits are delivered to them, they're actually not sent to the lab.
Not even a response to repeated email, which is basic human decency.
DONT BUY AND WASTE MONEY, you will have a lot of stress at the end and will have to spend even more, plus miss your flight. Don't buy their kits.

They are scammers. I paid for the Fit to Fly certificate requested by my country in relation to Covid19, and I paid extra for the certificate to be signed by a physician. I only received an email with negative results without any signature. I have been trying to contact them by mail (four e-mails without any response), by chat in their webpage, by telephone call and by direct message in their page. No answer in any of these means, no solution has been given, no certificate has been issued.
I face the uncertainty of not being able to enter Greece or that I face any kind of problems in the Greek borders, due to their lack of fulfillment of what they promised when I bought the test.
