Impressed with the VPN service we have been receiving from Betternet. Definitely would suggest everyone to use it and the features of having multiple devices under single account makes it much better.

I've been impressed with Betternet from the start. Everything is straightforward, from installing the app to connecting to the VPN. I initially used the free version but later upgraded to Premium to access streaming services with original content and great speed performance for secure web browsing.

Actually, I'm giving this app the benefit of the doubt. Trustpilot should require peeps to indicate if they are using the free or paid version.

I'm using the free version and get what I paid for. My experience is paid versions get you much more.

So, it's hard to know since not all the reviews are based on the same version.

Firstly, the windows application is extremely buggy for some reason, I had to reopen the application multiple times since the VPN would stop for some reason, their chrome extension never worked with me for some reason. Even when using it on my phone every five minutes it would brick itself. Secondly, cancelation support is nearly non-existent, first they will have you talk to about which will ask for YOUR FIRST FOUR AND LAST DIGITS OF YOUR CREDIT CARD, EXPIRY DATE AND THE DATE YOU PURCHASED THE SERVICE, what kind of company asks for these info, even then they don't matter as you are asked these questions again and then wait for an email with customer service to then ask for details again to cancel your service.

In summary do not risk it with this service.

Do not trust this service. They say you can cancel at any time, but when you try to cancel you find you have to send an email and then they keep sending you questions and not cancelling your service no matter how strongly you ask for the cancellation to be made immediately. There are plenty of VPNs that act professionally. Don't risk your money with this one.

IT'S MENTIONED FREE, BUT IN REALITY THERE'S ONLY FREE TRIAL AND HENCE IT'S NOT FREE AT ALL.

Can't cancel the subscription and they keep asking stupid and dumb questions. Employee won't cancel my subsription this is real madness.

Stay away from this app. After a free trial, I have been paying for more than a year without getting any sort of updates. Most apps with free trials would make sure you are ready to pay a monthly fee with automatic renewals. This VPN isn't user-friendly in this matter. I asked for a refund for services I never used. I've been sent a link to their terms and conditions. As if anyone is reading these before using an app. Anyway.. Leaving with a very bitter taste.

Slowed down my computer so much, when I turned on the VPN my mouse would lag and it would be like that for at least 10 minutes. This thing is more malware than an actual app.
