BetterMed Urgent Care - Willow Lawn Arvostelua 127

I have been to a few different Better Med locations in the Richmond Va tri-cities area most I have had great experiences with. However the Willow Lawn location is by far the worst location in the area. The receptionist is always rude. I’ve had experiences with two different ones. There is clearly a lack of management at this location as well, With astronomical wait times. It took 3 patients lined up for over 30 min for the receptionist to tell us to check in with the iPad today. There is no signage or instructions to do so when you enter the facility. As far as I am concerned I rather drive 20-30 min out of my way to go to another location than come to this one that is closest to my house ever again.

I easily made an appointment online.

Was greeted and tested swiftly.

Test results arrived within 18 hours and I received a call from the nurse.

Excellent service, timing, wait, clean - i will use more often.

This place is the best! Their office was super clean and modern. The staff was kind, efficient, and professional. They were very helpful and were able to schedule me at a moments notice. I would definitely recommend this office!!

Reception area was clean & orderly, minimum wait time, staff friendly and knowledgeable.

Procedure to clean & glue head wound was throughly explain (along with other options) , at home care also explained.

Everyone was very very nice however the nurse said the X-ray showed a sprain. When I took the X-ray to an orthopedic doctor they said his toe was definitely broken.

I’ve been going here for a few years now and have had nothing short of great care each time.

When I got dehydrated from vomiting (source unknown), Better Med near Willow Law was a good choice. They checked blood, urine, heart, and then got me on IV fluid with medication for nausea. I was out in about an hour. Check in was very easy. I did it from the car while parked in front (hadn't thought to call ahead). Very thing was easy and very professional.

The front desk receptionist was very friendly and ready to assist. The self check-in seemed a little long and drawn out but the receptionist was helpful. The doctor assistant seemed to be very knowledgeable and as thorough as possible with no x-ray machine available. All in all it was a very positive experience and if necessary I would return in the future.

While on a business trip from Dallas, I came into your Urgent Care one evening around 6:00pm with a piece of debris in my left eye which I was unable to extract after countless eye washes. The Nurse Practitioner who attended to me was Leslie, and I believe her last initial was K. She was very professional and was extremely cautious with the bending of my eye lid and her efforts to locate the debris and the care in which she removed it. She gave the eye a wash with a chemical and scanned it with an ultraviolet light. She stated the eye appeared to have no scratches, provided me with a prescription for antibiotic drops and I was done. BetterMed,.. SHE IS A FABULOUS KEEPER. !!! Highly recommend her care.
