I was traveling for work and needed to be seen for a health concern. I was able to schedule a time online. Upon arriving to the clinic, I had my phone check in. Maybe waited 5 minutes in my car before being called back. The nurse was friendly. The provider was friendly and quick. Overall, an enjoyable experience for a doctors visit.

I was able to schedule my covid test in advance. My appointment was on time and I got the results in about 25 minutes, with a consult from the medical practitioner. Very satisfied.

Even with the increase in patients waiting to be tested for Covid-19, I was still able to get an appointment within 12 hours. The attending PA was thorough, and gave a very clear and understandable explanation as to my medical condition. It was a very positive experience. There was even a follow-up call from BetterMed the next day.
I have not been a strong advocate of the “doc in a box” philosophy, but this experience changed my mind. It felt more like going to a family doctor; caring and close to home.

Had a very good experience. Was in and out in less than 20 minutes. Check in person was great. Doctor was fantastic. Only complaint is that the cost was triple what I have paid at other Urgent Care Facilities. Felt very safe with regard to Covid exposure as well.

Was able to sign up online for a rapid COVID test. Arrived and was promptly taken care of with results in 15 minutes. Great service and communication.

When I visited, the receptionist at the front desk was not wearing a mask. That is reckless and dangerous. I came to get tested for COVID, not to try and get infected with it.

This was my second trip and saw Dr. McCool both times. All of the staff were personable and kind. Was in and out very promptly, and everything was very well explained. So glad we found Better Med!! Would recommend to anyone.

Very professional, very clean, very nice staff. I will certainly go back if I need fast medical assistance or if my primary care provider closes his practice.

Truly great experience!!! From beginning to end! All involved were extremely caring from the phone registration representative, to the receptionist, to the nurse, to the provider, Simon. I felt extremely safe and extremely well cared for. All of my needs and questions were met and I was in and out in 20 minutes (or less). Thank you BetterMed!!! You all are amazing!! I will not be going anywhere else!

I was seen promptly. The doctor on call treated the infected pore efficiently and prescribed an antibiotic cream and capsule regimen. The spot has healed well. I am fine.
